Good size rooms which include a small kitchen area with fridge, microwave, and sink. Breakfast is quite expensive but has a good selection. Good set up for bringing young kids. S-bahn station is a 5 minute walk away and it takes 20 minutes to get to central Munich. A few small shops and bars are within walking distance also.

The room is lovely with a big comfy bed and good pillows and multi-mode shower. The hotel has restaurants, supermarkets, and running trails nearby. The S-bahn station is also close, but we found out they don't run regularly enough on a Friday night to get home without long waits and many changes, and we had to catch a taxi instead. Parking at the hotel is limited but there is street parking nearby.

Clean, spacious rooms. Expensive breakfast but otherwise good value. Helpful staff. Very near train station and easy access by car. 20 minutes to Munich centre.

Positive: relatively large rooms, good location, good breakfast, nice reception lady in the morning.
Negative: Terrible evening receptionist - Sandra - nasty, dishonest, rude. IMO. Not responding CEO and disengaged local manager - they do nothing to fix the problem. Gym sucks. Service sucks. They charge you 10 euro for using Sauna. Water pressure sucks. Wi-Fi does not work ever unless you are willing to pay extra.
Please do yourself a favor and book Holiday Inn down the road. Avoid this hotel by all means until Sandra is fired. I don't usually write reports, but this time I have to do it. I have spoken to my company travel services to remove NH from the approved hotel vendor list.

Breakfast 25 Euro. Sauna only after 5:00 pm with extra cost.
Pillows are awful and not options for change.
The distribution of the room nice to have a small lounge but the bathroom to room sliding doors are not functional.

Great rooms, bar is nice and staff is very friendly. A couple.imute walk to the train station and some eating and grocery options within walking distance. WiFi is free but weak.

This hotel is close to metro station by 5 minutes walking. Room is clean and comfortable. A supermarket is close to it. The price is reasonable.
