Nice place. Location not the best but if u want the center be ready to.pay for it
Absolutely quality place. Staff very nice. Great stop over place. High spec in rooms . Very reasonable
We had the do not disturb sign on our door, and they entered the room anyway to clean it. Not a huge deal, just interesting.
Location is okay, you can get into the Centre in about 20 minutes with public transport. Rooms look a bit old but you have everything you need, except AC but that is not very common in Germany anyway. Despite that, our room was big, more like a one room apartment. And the breakfast was awesome, a thousand options to choose from! Not cheap though. But we don't regret staying here. Had a good time.
Room was OK for one night. The corridors and the halls would need some work to make them more "welcoming". Staff very friendly. Breakfast was quite good, including also smoothies (not something you find in all hotels).
Nice cosy little hotel, but not that cheap
Quite a way out from the city centre but German public transport being what it is, doesn't matter. Hop on on bus, jump on the underground and you're in the Marian Platz withing 20 minutes.
Hotel itself is clean and functional with very helpful staff. Suited us for a value for money base when exploring Munich.
Cheap no frills hotel. Clean but basic.
The rooms are quite dated but well (enough) equipped, good transport links with bus stop just across the street and the subway train only a 15 minute walk (though you can get a combined bus and train ticket for several days.)
Free WiFi is very slow at 0.5mb/s but adequate for emails etc.
Cannot comment on the sauna or breakfast as we did not use these.
I would not wish to stay here for a weeks holiday but as a base for a long weekend it was perfectly acceptable
Huge rooms - ex East Berlin apartment complex. A bit out from the centre of town but trams & bus out front. Helpful staff, breakfast good. Major shopping centre close by.
We stayed in July 2016 as a family (2 kids).
I tried long to think about some positive things about this hotel, but I couldn't come up with anything so here are the bad things that we encountered:
* We reserved an "Apartment" that fits 4 persons, only to find out that our room was given away and we needed to fit in a 10 square meter smaller room - great start!
* The rooms are pretty old (as the hotel) - I am still unsure why they say the rooms have been "renovated"
* Internet / WiFi sucks. Extremely low speeds and unreliable
* The safe does NOT fit a laptop (as was promised in the room description)
* There is NO Mini-Bar / fridge in the room (as written in the room description)
* Breakfast area is FAR too small for this hotel - expect a long queue and wait times to be seated in the morning (personnel is completely under water and can't cope with demand)
* NO AIRCONDITIONING - don't go there in summer it was pretty bad!
* the TV does not earn the name (haven't seen a 4:3 model for quite a while)
I could go on, but I think this is more than enough I will be careful with NH hotels in the future!
