very great hotel, friendly staff~, breakfast was also very good, 3mins walks to the train station~ one more thing surprise me is that date was my birthday, they have prepared the 2 cup of champagne, birthday card and chocolate for my birthday, be honestly it was very surprise me and i am really thanks for the team of Fleming's hotel~if have chance will definitely stay there again~

great hotel, easy access from hdf rail station (exit L). many convenient shops around including lidl supermarket.
friendly staff and able to provide guide of directions, even asked if needed a taxi or ticket for traveling.
breakfast was good and menu met the standard requirements. good thing is breakfast starts at 700,not the usual 730.
room is spacious for twin room. just that the shower room is transparent, as a note for families.response / report this review -

Excellent hotel right in the centre of the city by the main rail station. Clean and comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. A great bar with good staff and good food. Would definitely visit if I returned to Munich

Good location but it’s ridiculous they charge on your credit card 50 EUR deposit without informing you. Very strange policy and irritating.

Nice play to stay , few minutes walking distance from the Munich central station . Hotel is very clean and staffs are nice too . Lovely breakfast arrangement as the crew's will check on your needs now and then. strong wifi..

We recently stayed at The Flemings Hotel in Munich in early April. From the time of check in, everything about the Hotel was great. For traveling to, from and around Munich, Flemings is located kiddy corner from the central train station.. It's just a few minutes walk across the street. We stayed in a "Superior Double", which had plenty of room and a view of the common area. The room was very accommodating with a small stocked fridge. It was very quiet and comfortable. The uncharacteristic item about the room was that the shower is completely visible to anyone in the room. This may uncomfortable for some individuals and/or circumstances. However, the shower is very large. There was a separate room for the toilet. Overall, the room was great. The staff of the Flemings was the highlight of the stay. Everyone that we talked to were both friendly and courteous to our needs. Additionally, language was not an issue as most all of the staff is multi-lingual and communicated very well. We had breakfast every morning, which was fantastic. The food and service were both a great way to start the day. The hotel has a sauna room and workout center, which worked out very well for our needs. For all the other reasons I've stated, we'd definitely stay here again in the future. Likewise, I'd highly recommend the Flemings hotel for your next stay in Munich.

Loved our stay at Flemings Hotel Munich City. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars for the breakfast as it was a little chaotic and possibly understaffed.

Great location. Friendly stuff specially Miss Tanya, She is vvvvv helpful and kind. Big room and clear. But but but but but the rooms only for couples. Not recommended for friends bcs the shower bath is open to the room :(
