Very pleasant hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Located on the outskirts of Berlin, it is only down the street from bus and tram lines that will take you to the centre of the city in 45 minutes. Stayed here for 3 nights and have not been disappointed.

It was a very poor experience. The hotel charged us €19 more per night for a comfort room. The comfort room has nothing to do with size, layout, etc. Its only "VALUE" is that your room won't face the street. Our comfort room faced the parking lot with all sorts of noises. We were supposed to be happy for paying more money and facing the parking lot and not the street!

Nice hotel. Just a short walk from the Köpenick old town with plenty of sights and attractions. The staff are helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a convenient location if you are flying from Berlin Schönefeld as it's only a short taxi stretch away. Also, if you want a comfortable hotel at a budget price for Berlin, then this is a good choice - though you will have to commute to the city centre!

The Staff was very friendly and helpful regarding directions and other helpful information about the area. Also prompt delivery of additional toiletry articles requested.
The room was a bit small but clean, cozy and quiet.
The Breakfast is an additional charge of 13.50 per person per day, but well worth it for a large selection of tasty items to choose from.
Instead of paying the 8.00 Euro charge for parking per day in the park house or a lesser charge to park in the private grounds behind the hotel. We elected to park on the street in the local neighborhood about 200 meters away.
