The hotel was nice, the beds could have been a bit more comfortable. The pillows were a bit flat and could have been replaced. The shower was a little odd and appeared to be geared more towards baths then showers. The location was perfect, easy access to the train and subway station and within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.

Great location, right across from the Central station which gives you access to everything. Walking distance to many of the major sites. We came early, and our room was ready. Was given a voucher for free drinks in the hotel bar. Breakfast is excellent, with great choices. Standard room, nothing too special. Service was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for two nights during Oktoberfest. The staff graciously allowed us to check in early - which was amazing after an overnight flight. Our room was nicely updated, with lots of storage and a large bathroom. Breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

The Eden Hotel Wolff was the perfect hotel for our stay in Munich for Oktoberfest. The hotel was very comfortable and the location was very central for Oktoberfest and other tourist destinations. The staff and their service were truly exceptional as well. They were always friendly and accommodated our many requests throughout our stay. We will definitely stay again!

What an absolutely beautiful hotel and the staff was so friendly and helpful. When we arrived and our room wasn't ready, your very nice bellhop helped us with our bags and showed us to an area in the workout room where we could freshen up and change our clothes before we left for the afternoon to go to Oktoberfest. When we arrived back later that afternoon, a few beers deep, we were escorted to our rooms where our bags had been placed. Thanks for taking such great care!

Terrific location for exploring Munich. Across from main train station, next to subway, blocks away from great restaurants and hop-on/hop-off bus. So convenient! Surprisingly quiet. We opted for breakfast package. Food is plentiful and a wonderful variety. However, be cautioned that it is a buffet only, in a relatively small space, and will get crowded by 9:00 AM. Had to request coffee 3 out of 4 mornings (was not offered or brought automatically to table). Housekeeping inconsistent: cleaning supplies left in room, paper products not replenished, and drinking glasses not replaced. Room service exceptionally fast -- and VERY, very good! Front desk highly responsive to all requests. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay again. Tip: Visit Augustiner-Keller right down the street for an amazing evening of all things German!

Ich finde die Zimmer sehr sehr schön und praktisch, super für meinen Aufenthalt, das Morgenbuffet ist top. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen da der Standort auch sehr gut ist, man ist zum Beispiel sehr schnell in der Altstadt und die Metro und der Bahnhof sind auch gerade nebenan.

We had a wonderful stay! Great breakfast. Room was big and very comfortable. And oh how we love your blankets - warm and airy like clouds. We even considered to buy one! :)
Only thing is that I wish you have there was tea making facility. You were the only 4 star hotel I visited in Europe that did not have tea making facility! However it was a minor thing. We stil had a wonderful stay ;)response / report this review -

A lovely hotel, right next to the main train station. It's a noisy, busy, slightly seedy part of town- but luckily the hotel has amazing electronic roll-away shutters that blocked out every bit of noise. We booked an awesome 2 room suite and it did not disappoint. Room service was fast and delicious. The hotel was a short 10 minute Uber to all the big sights. The shuttle bus to the airport was as fast as the train, if a bit more expensive. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
