Friendly and very helpfull Staff. Rooms are clean and modern. Very Nice touch is the free tea and coffee in the rooms
This hotel was amazing. The room was warm and luminous, with very good view, comfortable and firm mattress and good isolation.
Amazing facility and staff everywhere.
The Hotel on Friedrichstrasse is a simple tourist hotel. Some rooms are located next to the railway. Rooms are clean and simple.
The concierge had nothing to do and felt bothered when we asked for the booked meeting room. The room was not available and he stated it is my problem and not his.
The leadership of the hotel acted customer oriented, for meetings we had to switch to their sister hotel.
For check out in the morning calculate at least 30 min since the process takes for ever and the line is loooong.
Very professional service in English as well a few other languages. Such as the great Italian fellow running the breakfast service. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. After 9 days in the hotel, I still wanted to try more items.
The location is prime, you can quickly get to anywhere by foot or on transit. Despite the busy area, with extra-paned windows, the rooms were quiet. I will come back!
We (wife and I), found this hotel and its location to be a wonderful place to rest while on vacation. From the beginning, the front desk (Joshua Midlasch) provided wonderful customer service.
The rooms were well equipped, the design of the room was beautiful and overall we would have to say make Hotel NH Collection a place that you would stay, you will not be disappointed!
Been here twice now, and it won't be my last time. The location is excellent. Note that, if you travel by car, the parking garage is on the back of the building and accessible through one way streets. Go for Planckstrasse 13, the garage is shared with companies. Rooms are smaller than in other collection hotels, but of good standard and recently renovated. Amenities are good, but going with the flow of the city everything from drinks to breakfast to services is quite expensive. You can of course eat very nicely around the hotel, but the food and drink quality is nonetheless pretty good. The team is excellent and very helpful. Location is brilliant and allows for walks to the museum island, Berlin dome or even the Brandenburg gate in less than 20 minutes. The area is rather business focused, so shops and restaurants are a bit more posh, but there is lots to do, and a team stop and train station are just next to the hotel.
Window side noisy, miserable check-in, poorest of gyms. Sauna smallish, cold basin closed. Breakfast not good, breakfast room as charming as a railway station. All they have is location.
Very good value for a modern city centre hotel. We were here for business meetings and the in house meeting rooms were great. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were good value and the bar entertaining.
Amazing hotel, close to every attraction in town, attached to one of main transport hubs of Berlin. Staff is very nice, the breakfast can't be better. Suites are very bright, with big balconies and two bathrooms.
Really great location. It is just next to the subway and trams. It is also walking distance from Chekpoint Charlie and Brandenburg. We also walked from the wall memorial. So really central. The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is REALLY comfy and the staff is nice. The only down sides for us was that they didn't have many English options on the TV and they charge 5 euros for room service.
