The best Praxis you can go to. I am very happy with the whole team and me and my husband have been with Dr. Iblher for since we moved to Berlin. Always detailed check up, always friendly and extremely competent.

Note: this review is exclusively about a lady at the reception.
Incredibly rude and unwelcoming!!
Just because I wasn't a registered patient I was treated like I didn't exist at all.
I was under pain and went to see this doctor because my doctor had already closed. I understand the principle that if I'm not a registered patient, it doesn't mean I will get treated. But I was suffering and she just blew me off as if I would be a wild animal. No compassion or any kind of empathy. These kind of people shouldn't be allowed to work in a medical field at all. She was a typical example of the inhumane corporate principle "if you're not following my system I have nothing to do with you. Go suffer somewhere else. Bye"
And of course, I already assume what kind of a comment I'll get on this review: "bla, bla, you're not a registered patient, bla, bla, I told you to go to a hospital, bla".
Maybe the fact I was obviously not a native German speaker contributed to her rudeness. Wouldn't be the first time..

It is the best service I've received since moving to Berlin. My german is still not good enough, but the doctor still managed to understand me and explain me everything I needed to know about my case. Needless to say I would gladly become one of their patients. Staff is so nice and friendly, they treat you like their guest. Thank you!
