  From the perfect result to the competent and lovely employees to the lovingly thought-out and exceptionally furnished shop, this salon absolutely convinced me! So I can't agree with the previous review at all!
  
  I came to "Babette it's me" on recommendation and was here for the second time. I had a complete color change (from blotchy brown with color damage to perfect blonde with no yellow cast).
  
  Every step and every product used was explained to me with pleasure and the aim was perfection!
  
  Every day I get compliments on my great hair and I can't help but rave about it and I have to say it's worth every penny!

  I've been with Babette for over 10 years and follow her everywhere. I think that says it all about how satisfied and happy I am with my hair styling. The location at the Platzl is an absolute dream and a stylish highlight in this city. The whole team is always so nice and accommodating. Best hair color and styling ever. Looking forward to next time.

  The whole "experience" lasted over 4 hours, cost over 400 euros and didn't relax me at all. There is an incredible amount of unused waiting time. The employees are all very nice, but there is constant upselling. The whole store is a retail store. First you get a tour, at the end you should buy as much as possible. Hair color okay - prices out of this world. Never again!
