The request for a dissolution of the apartment was responded to very quickly and an appointment was made to view the property. Due to the move from a house to an apartment, we had many parts that could not be moved and a lot of junk that had accumulated in the basement over the years. Compared to the offer situation, there were other tasks at the time of the eviction, which were carried out to our complete satisfaction without extra charge and without further delay. The other reviews already anticipate everything, I can only agree.
After my inquiry by phone, a joint inspection of the property to be cleared took place on the same day (!!!). The date for the eviction could be made the same weekend by email and took place less than two weeks later.
The actual evacuation happened just as quickly.

Conclusion: friendly, fast, reliable, everything as agreed!
