So, we arrived on a Tuesday afternoon 13.06.23.. First impression of the receptionist: did not care..couldn't be bothered..no Hospitality etiquette at allnot friendly and not helpful at all. We booked a twin room (special request sent as message) but we got a queen bed. Receptionist's name: Bu***. Customer service skills of this person is way below average for a Hilton Partner hotel.

The next day, I informed the receptionist (female) that the AC was not working in the room. I told her at 9am, on my way to the gym. At 11am, when I was leaving the hotel to go sightseeing, I again informed her that nobody came to fix the AC. I asked her to please check and make sure that the AC would be fixed as the temperature in the room was quite warm, even though the fan was working and it was set at 18 degrees.

We came back at 9pmthe AC had still not been fixed. The room temperature was warm and stuffy and uncomfortable.

I went down and again spoke to BU***. He apologised and informed me that unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. So we could not swap rooms. HOWEVER to compensate for it, we got 'an incredible voucher' for 2 for a non alcoholic drink at the bar and a 'small bar drink' . Excellent service recovery on behalf of the Hilton Group I would say.

I was very disappointed with the poor level of customer service from this hotel.

The rooms are quite cozy and clean. However, the first interaction with the front line staff is not the best. Would I stay in this hotel again? No.

Slightly small rooms in relation to the price: we pay 950 Euro for three nights There are better rooms in Berlin at a lower price - for sure! Service at check-in was ok. But when I wanted to buy a small bag of peanuts and a packet of m&ms, it was only possible to pay in cash. Strange in itself for a large hotel chain and an outlier in general. Since I didn't have cash, I asked to charge it on the room. I didn't get that!?! In my mind really poor service: you have paid thousands of Euros and have to go to bed hungry 😕 A trifle perhaps. But enough that I will never choose this hotel again.

Pretty average large city hotel. All fairly standard. Good breakfast spread but cold plates for the hot food selection so cue cold rubbery scrambled eggs and limp cold bacon. Rooms fine, but shower very low powered 2 days iut of 4. No significant redeeming features. Not at the centre of any nightlife but its all there a 10 minute walk away.

Excellent hotel location with easy access to public transport. Hotel was clean and breakfast was delicious with a large choice of food. Rooms were clean and comfortable. This hotel is perfect for a city break.

If you travel to Berlin for business or pleasure this hotel is a must try. We had an excellent stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and maintained daily. The breakfast buffet was excellent and catered for all ages. It could get busy at certain times but still worth it. We would definitely use this hotel again
