  About 11 months ago I had an operation by Doctor Iblher, that was a huge mistake. I am 44, healthy, not overweight and do not consume any addictive substances.
  The result: 1) I have really visible scars, deep furrows with ruffles on the outer corner of the eye, which are not in the laugh lines and cannot be covered with anything. 2) One eye is significantly smaller and the musculature/skin is uncomfortably tense. 3) Vertical wrinkles form under the smaller eye that looks down. The follow-up discussion about a month ago was extremely uncomfortable. Iblher doesn't see his mistake, claims that the asymmetry in my case is probably physiological and you would see that if we had taken the "right photos". He doesn't see wrinkles and ruffles, I would imagine that! He would surgically improve the scars again (no thanks!).
  Conclusion: more harm than good!

  In June 2022 I was with Dr. Iblher for my nose correction and nasal septum straightening. I had a few preliminary talks with other doctors and have been considering for many years whether I should dare to have an operation. Nowhere have I felt as comfortable as with Dr. Iblher and his team. From the consultation to the surgery, I never felt unsafe. He is available for all questions and answers realistically which wishes can be implemented and which cannot.
  
  The surgery went smoothly and I had actually imagined the time afterwards to be worse. Dr. Iblher is always available by phone if anything needs to be done, but I haven't had any problems or pain. I was able to stop taking the painkillers quickly and then I just had to wait patiently and take it easy. After about 2 weeks the cast came off and I was able to socialize normally again without anyone looking at me.
  
  To the result:
  Visually: I can't imagine a nicer nose for me, Dr. Iblher did the best job and I've been glad every day since the operation that I took the plunge. Close friends and acquaintances who didn't know about the surgery didn't notice anything - which clearly speaks for a natural result. :-)
  
  Functional: I can finally breathe much better and more evenly through both nostrils. I haven't had any breathing problems since the surgery.
  
  i can dr Warmly recommend Iblher and his team! He is a top doctor and knows his craft very well. He conjures up a very personal and natural nose!

  My rhinoplasty with Dr. Iblher is now 6 months ago. The correction had no medical background. It was just too big and too wide for me and I felt very uncomfortable for many years.
  
  First, I had a detailed consultation with Dr. Iblher. He first asked me about my expectations and wishes. He already explained to me here that he couldn't do it this way because my nose would look too artificial. He then showed me what the nose could look like using a computer simulation, but also emphasized that the processing on the PC and the actual implementation can differ. (Understandable)
  After the consultation, my decision was finally made and a few months later I was operated on.
  
  The surgery went well and I was picked up about 3 hours later. In the evening Dr. Iblher again personally to ask how I'm doing. I could have reached him at any time on his phone number.
  I didn't feel any pain, but of course the healing process is very unpleasant. You can't breathe, your entire face swells up, so sleeping and eating are just wishful thinking for the first few days. When changing the cast after a week, I was able to take a first look at the nose and was thrilled.
  After two weeks the cast was completely gone.
  
  At intervals I go to check.
  Now, after 6 months, my nose is still a bit swollen and I can't always breathe properly (it takes up to a year), but I'm more than satisfied with the result. I like to look in the mirror and I don't immediately notice the big nose in pictures, but rather how beautiful it is ;)
  I have only had positive feedback from those around me. People who didn't know didn't even notice. It doesn't look artificial, which Dr. Iblher's and my biggest wish was.
  
  My conclusion: I would do it again at any time. Concerns and fears were in vain. I was happy to accept the small limitations.
  
  Dr. Iblher is a very competent doctor. He is honest and doesn't say anything nice. He doesn't push for the OP's, but advises to think it over carefully.

  Due to an accident, I decided to get my nose from Dr. To have Iblher repaired externally.
  
  Before I decided to take this step, I was advised by Dr. Iblher very detailed. What immediately struck me as positive was that he didn't want to "persuade" me, but rather told me that my gut feeling had to decide and that I should "wait and see" first.
  I don't think that every doctor advises something like that and I found that very competent.
  
  The entire time I was accompanied in an absolutely professional and pleasant manner. Dr. Iblher was extremely personable and human. I felt I was in very good hands throughout.
  
  After the operation, I had to struggle very hard with the "side effects". In particular, not being able to breathe was psychologically worse than expected.
  In those moments I could Dr. I can always be reached via Whatsapp. He answered reliably and encouraged me, "that I can get through this".
  
  And what is of course the most important thing: the result!
  I am extremely happy with my new nose. It fits my face perfectly!
  I don't look artificial, nor like anyone else.
  I'm still me and that was the most important thing to me.
  dr Iblher has a great talent, he works very finely, precisely and above all very individually.
  
  I am very happy, glad and grateful to have chosen him for this surgery!!
  
  Unfortunately, I personally can't say too much good about nose surgery in general.
  Not being able to breathe through your nose at all for more than a week may be harmless to many. For me it was hell.
  This was perhaps also reinforced by the fact that there were very hot days in midsummer. (Therefore I NEVER recommend nose surgery in summer).
  The silicone splints come out after a week, but then my nose really swells up - at least for me.
  I was often afraid of suffocating, especially in the evenings, which is basically totally stupid. Nevertheless, my brain played a trick on me and I had to keep slowing down so as not to go crazy.
  I didn't know what it felt like before, so I underestimated it.
  Nevertheless, I don't regret this step at all!! The result makes you forget everything else !!:-)
  
  Many thanks to Dr. Iblher for his professionalism, competence, humanity, sympathy and honesty! (He doesn't sugarcoat anything and gives an honest answer to every question)

  In 2020 I had a nose job with Dr. Iblher.
  
  After a rather brief and not detailed consultation, I decided to have the operation with Dr. Iblher, because the before and after pictures of his previous patients and the good reviews had convinced me and spoke for his skills. I was also assured of a great result (nose much narrower, shorter). Unfortunately, I wasn't that happy with the result in the end, even after more than a year after everything had gone down. The nose is still much wider than Mr. Iblher had shown me on myself before, the nose at the tip is also still knobby and not at all like the before and after pictures. (People around me didn't notice any difference from before). Although he told me that he cannot shape every nose in any way he likes (which is also completely understandable and clear), he nevertheless assured me of a different result, which I had relied on. At the follow-up check, when I wanted to describe that I wasn't satisfied and would like to have it fixed a little, he hardly responded and just said "I can't do it any better with you". Although he had previously emphasized that post-corrections are carried out free of charge and he is open to them. All in all, I think that for such an operation, which costs a lot, you should be better looked after and pay much more attention to the patient. The entire team is very nice, but I didn't feel that I was being looked after enough there because communication was pretty poor and dry. dr Iblher is a great doctor who delivers great results, I don't question that at all. As a patient, however, I did not feel that I was in good hands and would make a different decision next time.
