Absolutely great hotel to stay at while visiting Berlin! The staff is super friendly and fluent in English, the room is clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the internet is fast and reliable. The hotel also has a pool, sauna and they're perfect if you want some relaxation during your visit. I can't really find a flaw with the hotel, I just had a great time here, and would love to visit again!

Lovely hotel with polite staff, great service and all the amenities you could ever need. The pillows and linen are especially nice, soft and pleasant to sleep on.

Very good hotel. Rooms need updating but still clean and comfortable. Good selection of cable channels- even have an Israeli channel and also a rare place where a kosher breakfast is served

Nice hotel with easy access to the metro system and to and from the airport. It's proximity to the zoo and the shopping area of Berlin gives it additional appeal. Also close to the gay quarter. Nice tools. Spacious bathroom. Although difficult to not get the floor wet when showering. Sauna and swimming pool facilities are decent as well. Nice staff who speak perfect English. I recommend!

Fantastically located hotel within few steps walking distance to the main city centre and local attractions like the Berlin Zoo Garden and Zoo.

Nice clean rooms with lots of TV channels in different languages, including ITV, C4+1,E4,More4 and BBC for us English folk.

Good selection at breakfast of hot and continental choice.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. Rooms and services were luxurious and cosy! We especially loved the indoor pool as it was a snowy day outside during our visit so the warm indoor pool was a perfect way to relax after a long day of travelling around the city! And also, very humble staff! :)
