  Stayed in the apartment part of the hotel. There was ample room and it was clean. The hotel is very close to most pointed of interests. Staff is English friendly.

  The rooms are quite spacious, as opposed to the typical name that Mercure carries. The service was good and the staff was courteous. However, this place is next to a busy road and hence you might have a noisy morning, if your room is on the road's side. Also, the location is amazing and quite close to Hauptbahnohf.

  Clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel. We stayed for two nights in a privilege room, a little bit dated but perfectly fine for a weekend break. Service by the staff is excellent. Buffet breakfast was very good.

  My room is fairly nice, spacious. It has a safe inside the room but no key available. They do have safety deposit boxes at the front desk so that is okay. Very close to the subway so it's easy to catch the train or walk to the old town. Also pretty good food near by. Would stay here again.

  This is a comfortable hotel in a good location if you are arriving and leaving by train. It's a short walk from the train station and a 15 minute walk to the Altstadt. Our room & bathroom were really spacious and we were very impressed by the excellent breakfast. There were plenty of hot and cold options to choose from with eggs, waffles and crepes cooked to order. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of satellite TV channels to choose from and the WiFi was good.

  Mercure Hotel is the heart of the city . super close to main train station which also near the airport .. you can easily reach biggest shopping malls and places from this hotel .. Hotel is clean and good .. if you will stay in Duesseldorf you can think this place for your stay .. I am sure you will like your stay and location of the hotel ..

  Very nice hotel for business. Ideal location in the center. Parking nearby, not so expensive (6€/night)
