My wife and I have stayed at the Arcade Hotel on three different trips. Charming hotel in the middle of Wuppertal. Convenient to the main train station and monorail. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent, generous breakfast.

Very good place to stay. It's located centrally, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is just phenomenal! The breakfast options are endless, it's all super fresh, many things are homemade; there are several freshly pressed juices, tens of different jams and chocolates, different sliced meats; eggs, sausages and bacon, croissants, various nice breads and bread rolls, tens of types of muesli; in summary one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. I typically get fed up with having to eat the same stuff at hotels after two days, but could have easily survived a week there!

The Arcade Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff was thorough, friendly and had good information when we had any questions. The rooms were very comfortable with a lot of space. We had the best breakfast each morning. Plenty of meats, cheeses, yogurt, juice, fruit, bread, and much more! We will definitely stay again!

Walking distance from main station, in the heart of the city. Obviously a little loud due to its location but is quite after 8 pm. Breakfast is pretty standard, and the staff is friendly.

Staff is Professional and friendly.
Reception staff is knowledge of where to when you need something.

The hotel is fine, but the environment is very noisy (cars, trains, the Schwebebahn, delivery traffic ). But obviously Wuppertal has no better places.

I am very satisfied. Friendly people, rooms very clean, breakfast excellent. You get everything: WiFi, free calling in Germany and some countries. Windows quite small and complicated parking.

Good and small hotel very well located in Wuppertal. Service is limited to a small bar at the front desk. People is receptive and promptly to help. Rooms are not big but ok and very clean.
