Went on a Saturday night and it took over an hour to get our meals. Had to ask twice for everything since the waiters were so slow or did not really pay attention. Disappointing. The drinks and the general atmosphere were okay though.

The food was good but the kitchen and service was extremely slow. I was eating alone and upon finishing the entree, told the waiter I'd like dessert. He took my menu and never came back. I think they realized they were running behind and so brought me a free aperitif. However, I don't drink! Anyway, I gave them back a star for trying.

Amazing food, traditional German fair. Even better service. Try the sampler appetizer. They brought us a little of everything on appetizer menu. Plenty of food for 5 adults and two children. The main course was highly impressive. We each ordered something different and it was difficult to decide on a favorite.

Nice little queer café and restaurant. Great for having cheese cake and coffee or tea in the afternoon sun (even in winter!!)

Great place to try a modern Berlin menu. The starters sampler was delicious and pork shoulder topped it off perfectly.

My first visit to the Kurhaus was absolutely pleasant. On the menu you’ll find very traditional German specialties for reasonable prices. My plate of Rouladen, which is one of my favorite German dishes, looked a lot like you would expect it from your loving German granny. Very yummie! With the traditional kitschy interior of the place you quickly feel at home here.
