Very good position near the main square in the old town. Room very confortable. Great breakfast. Very kind people at the reception.

From the moment I walked in, till the moment I left, the concierge was professional and host Petra, was exceptional. I felt like I had entered her home and so the service was personalised to my needs.
I happened on a little disaster and Petra responded with composure, patience and consideration. There was no limit to her care as she offered the best options to suit my needs at the time.
It's not that I got anything for free or unique service, but what I did receive was perfect and I cannot thank Petra and her team for all the care and kindness shown to me while at Astoria Hotel.
I will definitely recommend Astoria for its location, cleanliness, room suitability, but above all else, its friendly hospitality. Thank you. 💛 Cristinaresponse / report this review -

Very nice staff. Good location. If you live on the sixth floor you will have a big balcony. The aircondition was not that great in our room. But thats only one room.

Rooms are nice. We had a 3 bed room and it was comfortable. The bathtub has a huge step to get into it, so not friendly to the older clientele. Our bathroom door also didn't shut because they latch was broken. Breakfast is small but has a good selection. Only con is the on-site parking is in a tiny garage. You park yourself with the bellhop. Pay very close attention going around turns. I ended up scraping my side because I was too focused on not hitting my front end. Left a horrible scratch on my door making my vacation very costly :( ultimately that was my fault but the bell hop probably should have advised me of the hard turns.

Nice hotel with a very good location. It's a short walking distance to the Old Town, and the biggest shopping centre in Prague is just minutes away. Clean rooms, and a good breakfast. I will definitely consider this hotel on my next visit to Prague.

Fantastic location for a great price in a centrum of the Prague-even better if breakfast included (good choice of products) great for everything: sightseeing and shopping. Staff are: very friendly,helpful and welcoming.
