Durante 3 noches no nos cambiaron las sábanas ni una sola vez. Hacía tiempo que no veía recepcionistas tan antipáticas. Solo hay wifi gratuito al lado de recepción. La verdad, no lo recomiendo.

Dated hotel, no free Wi-Fi. (you pay daily rate) you have to pay for use of safe. Small restaurant no bar. out of City hilly walk.

Room was small but clean. Situated close to the I.P. Pavlova metro station. Biggest downside was no proper air conditioning. Had to use a fan at all times.

I usually expect deficiences when i see some places in pictures before I go but I was very pleased with this hotel, very relaxed whilst also being very clean, definitely helped make the weekend what it was.

The stuff was very impolite, sometimes they acted like they didn't hear me while I was trying to talk to them. Furthermore I'd suggest to learn how to smile so that you don't seem annoyed by who's talking to you. They treated us in a very rude way, remember we were your guests. I'm giving 2 stars cause one girl of the stuff was actually nice and kind (the youngest one with purple hair) and she should teach the others how to do their job. The food was normal, I'm not particularly disappointed.

Handy location, really close to Pavlova tube station. Room was small but the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast quite bad, but acceptable given the price

Its budget accommodation which it fills the need for. However, I would recommend booking a 4 star as its so much difference in quality. The rooms looked nothing like what was advertised. Wifi was charged at a extortionate price as well. Breakfast and the bathroom were good.
