  Stayed at the hotel 31st Oct for 3 nights , very friendly staff , very clean hotel and room was 5* . Breakfast was fantastic and something for everyone. Very close to centre of prague .Would highly recommended. Will definitely be back .

  Nice place to stay: relatively close to the town down center (15min walk), very close to the metro station, good breakfast, free access to the pool and gym, parking place available for 21 Euro/day

  Had a pleasurable stay. Great amenities and located close to a lot of tourist attractions. If arriving early, need to confirm early check-in before travel

  Positives: The location of the hotel is good being just a ten minute walk to the main attractions of Prague so it suited my needs from that viewpoint (I was on the top floor). The room was large and generally quiet throughout my two week stay. I had no issues with the WiFi
  
  Negatives: the cleaning of the room was basic with often dirty bed sheets simply replaced each day and not changed as well as items of the previous nights room service left in various parts of the room. Calling room service was often hit and miss as to whether someone would answer the phone, although when an order was placed it generally arrived promptly. I complained that my room key was not working as it often took 2-3 minutes to get into the room. The receptionist just gave me a new room key without confirming any personal details - just my room number and noted to tell the handy man to fix it (it was fixed the next day). Small TV with a limited number of English language channels. The end of the bed/mattress bounced when I went to lie down in it (I'm 75kg), but the bed was comfy.

  Modern and quite hotel near the center walking or by tram.
  The rooms are spacy and clean. As the bathroom.
  Breakfast good and with variety and few typical products.
  
  I am member of accor hotels and in the check in they did not allow me to use the benefits of silver card saying that the booking was done through an agency. Quite strange as I usually book that way.

  Think Novotel hotel is a great place to stay. Relaxing calm atmosphere with the environment like "at home". The wifi is surprisingly great. The breakfast buffe is very good. Can't find any minus so far.

  Nice and Clean hotel. It's not located near the historical district (Prague1), but it's still within a walking distance (25 minutes). The hotel has an indoor parking area, this is great considering it's hard to find a praking space in Prague. Don't forget to bring your swimming suit.

  Avg hotel, but that is their standard. They are not big rooms by any means. The breakfast was really nice.

  Superb location, loved the hotel, room was good size and policy allows 2 kids and 2 adults. Great place, nice selection for breakfast.

  Big comfort rooms, excellent and kind reception, near to metro red line C. Well equipmented, separately bathroom and shower. Towels maybe need change because are very thin and old because of the numerous washes. Also mattresses need a renovation. Hotel is kids friendly. Room are extra warm at night. There is shoe polisher in every floor. Breakfast is the best you have ever eaten with great variety of everything
