Old furnishings rough receptionists good location

First time in Prague. Went to this hotel by recommendation. It was my birthday and they upgraded our room to this wonderfully room on the 4th floor with roof windows. There was complimentary wine and chocolates waiting for us, too.
The breakfast buffet is very good and plentiful, and by request I got a plate with gluten-free bread and pastry (see pic).
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is amazing - very close to all the tourist attractions and to entertainment like Black Theater and Reduta Jazz club.response / report this review -

Great position to visit tourist attractions and enjoy a truly unique Czech Republic atmosphere. Staff always welcoming and friendly and happy to help. Comfortable rooms.

First time in Prague with a wife.have been staying in many 5 star hotels as I travel a lot but this one is not in that class.First they charge parking 24€ per night which was not stated on booking.com so that's additional 50€ for our 2 nights at hotel and parking is very very small that you have to be expert to park there.room temperature couldn't go under 24 degrees no matter what we tried to do with AC remote.only way to cool down was to open the window and that was not solution.rooms are small and mostly clean but not that much as I used to see in other hotels.Breakfast is good and no complaints there
