Worst hotel experience ever. Have seen some roaches, rooms are not tidy, staff is not helpful nor friendly.

Average restaurant. Food relatively cheap and not extra healthy, but can't say it's bad. Beer nothing extraordinary, but drinkable. Service is fast, prices adequate. Clean place, usually quiet. Good for groups, casual work lunch or beer after work. Otherwise nothing special.

I stayed at Hotel A Plus overnight with a friend on next to no notice. The desk staff were absolutely brilliant in accomodating us. They went above and beyond to give us advice on a good night out in Prague. The all you can eat breakfast was great after a heavy night out. Loads of bacon. So much bacon. My only regret was not eating enough bacon before the overly dedicated cleaning staff removed it all. When I return to Prague, I would stay there again no problem

Terrible experience. As soon as I walked in to use the main bathroom there was blood on the floor and on the mirror and it smelt absolutely horrible. Not only that but that staff are extremely rude - mainly the receptionists. I had an issue with my washing that they did as the colours had ruined my clothes and they said there was nothing they could do - not even a refund. Would NOT recommend. It may be cheap but it is definitely not worth it.

The staffs at the reception, at breakfast, who helps you with laundry ..doens t matter. everybody is rude. They have no idea how to treat a guest.

Very good place near to the Old Town. The railway station and the underground stations are very close.

Such a bad Hostel; It is quite expansive, so I was expected to meet a more professional behavior from the staff.
They were really bad organized and the reception staff was not able at all to solve even simple problems (They gave me two lockers, both were broken; the lockers are the 110-10 and 110-7, please go to check It if you don't trust me!) so They told me that I had to solve It by myself but the result was that They stole 10 euros of deposit for the Locker, treating me like a thief and getting nervous, saying I was pretending unreal situations Just trying to steal Money. I don't need to make Money in such a disgusting way; Maybe the Hostel is used to.
I tried to write them many emails, but nobody answered. So i Guess It is their way to make easy Money; for sure the reception staff Is not prepared at all, They are unpleasent and arrogant.

Really nice hostel. The rooms are clean. Our room was towards that street, so it was pretty loud when we opened the window. As long as you keep the window closed or don't mind a little bit of noise, then it is no problem. There are safes in every room.

The hostel is well renovated, the location is convenient , the staff is friendly and helpful, the price is good. Could be more sockets, more bathrooms and more kitchen equipment

Veoma ljubazno osoblje.Odlicna hrana.Smeštaj skroman, ali čist./Kind and polite stuff.Excellent food. Accomation modest, but clean.

Affordable and good location. Situated next to Florenc international bus station and walking distance from the old square it's a great place to have a quieter hostel stay not in the middle of all the loud din of late night pub crawls. Free breakfast, locker rentals, clean showers, and kitchen space made it a more comfortable stay.

The worst hostel I've ever stayed!!
I stayed in a plus hostel one night then that night I saw some bed bug on my bed. Anyway I've got some bite from it and it's too late for changing room. I just moved to another bed in the same room. And the next day. I went down to the reception for telling them there were some bed bug in the room and I can show them. But they didn't care at all. Even I showed the lady my body(it spread all of my body that day) and she didn't even note which room I stayed and didn't care about where's it!
Such a terrible experience! Be careful bed bug staying in aplus hostel!response / report this review
