Give this place a miss. IT IS DANGEROUS! The cooker had no light so you couldn't tell if it was on or off. I got electric shocks every time I touched the bathroom light. We were supposed to stay for 10 nights reported the electric shocks on second day they refused to do anything about it. My electric went off completely and they refused to fix it.
The kids park is also dangerous, paving stones on the floor have massive gaps which are a massive hazard for children. All of the wooden things gave my boy splinters and the swing shakes as it is not attached to the ground we only pushed this lightly as my boy is small but this could be worse for a bigger child.
THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.
THE PLACE WAS DIRTY.
The cleaner did not clean all she did was make beds and leave balcony door open when we were out which left my room with no security.
The pool had all sorts of horrible things floating in it and was not cleaned.
The spa was not free you have to pay extra and their was blood all around the jacuzzi which was never cleaned and totally put me off.
THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE, buffet was not covered and had flies all around.response / report this review -

There are one or two feature of this complex that appear tired but the staff more than make up for it.
The staff are excellent, always ready with a happy good morning/afternoon/day. Always eager to help and a happy can do attitude.
I stayed for 2 weeks and never had any issues, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Food was always fresh and very enjoyable.
Flight was delayed coming back and was put up in another 5 star hotel and to be honest I was much more comfortable in this hotel than the five star.response / report this review -

Awful don't waste your money. The hotel is miles away from main shopping area, restaurants and the beach. The hotel staff are are not very friendly. The room was dirty, not cleaned properly. We had to complain about the holes in the towels provided and how unclean they looked. We had to continually ask for the bin for used toilet tissue to be emptied. There were pigeon's nesting in every nook and cranny and pigeon poo every where. The extra bed for my youngest son was broken and the mattresses was full of holes were the springs were poking through. Couldn't wait to go home. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel.

Maybe a 3 star hotel not a 4 star. All inclusive adequate but not good. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable but hotel has an air of having seen better days.

Lovely quiet resort. Ideal for a relaxing getaway. Maybe a lot busier in summer season though. Apartments are great, really spacious. Area is remote but there is bus service and plenty of car rental places. Staff are very nice. There is also daily excursions at very reasonable prices.

Arrived on 27th December with a group of family and friends for a week. What a lovely place to stay. Rooms were very spacious with towels and bedding changed regularly. Good variety of food. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Edward the new manager. When I requested a new mattress as my husband commented that the existing one was a bit uncomfortable, it was replaced with a brand new one within 10 minutes. Don't usually write reviews but this deserved some praise, especially after reading all the negative reviews some people had written.

23 of us spent New Year in this hotel. Having read the reviews we were all expecting the worse!! We were all delighted to find that under Edward’s new Management the Hotel is clean and well run. The food and drinks plentiful and excellent, something for everyone. Staff helpful and accommodating, any requests ( i.e softer mattress, extra Camp bed, warmer blanket) were all dealt with within the hour.

This place is being run on a shoestring. It is tatty and needs updating. Mini market has very little, and their water is expensive. It is surrounded by building sites. Most staff are very pleasant but are expected to severely multi task. Location is remote especially for disabled and no entertainment. Cleaning and maintenance regimes need to be assessed. Management will probably respond by saying that I didn't report any of this, but I would have been complaining throughout my holiday.

We had a super day here. Had drinks and food at the bar after lazing all morning in the sun and the fantastic pool. We had a go on the ping pong table then into the Jacuzzi. Great day!

Its basic, but it grows on you the more you say there, everywhere is out dated, but it’s ok. You pay for what you get. Food was edible but very basic and bland, rooms were out dated but the a/c worked. They were very quite, which was nice for children. Bar staff were good and friendly especially Marco, beer was good and ice cold, but did run out from time to time. Plenty of sun beds, it was basic but it was a quick cheap get away. The only major complaint I would have is all the staff were shouting and arguing with each other all of the time, especially the young tall lad in the restaurant, I would sack him.

Too far away from the Coral Bay strip, the apartment was dirty, apartment supermarket had next to nothing to offer, the closest supermarket was a 15-20 minute walk, this was also the case for the closest bus, not want you want in 40 degree heat, the waiters were rude, the sun beds around the pool were broken along with the brollies, if you were lucky enough to get one, the pool bar is the but does not open, so don't believe the write up,
My advise is don't stay there, stay somewhere closer to the strip,
If you can afford it stay in villa, much better option.
Just do not stay in this sub standard hotel.
The only thing it is good for is blisters on your feet from the miles of walking you have to do.response / report this review -

Fabulous pools.. swimming area waterfalls. rooms could do with updating but are spacious and clean. The staff are really helpful and friendly..downside too far from the shops and bars restaurants, you need to hire a carwe've had a great holiday..

Decent pool. Has a sauna (paid) and a jacuzzi. Quiet place, when few Brits with kids are around. Apart from that nothing good - rooms in need of renovation, massive cockroaches roaming wildly in the kitchen. Rooms are cleaned (and towels changed) every 4 days, unless you leave money for the cleaners. Food looked OK. Most of the staff "pardon, no ingles", especially the guy who takes care of the jacuzzi/sauna and the girl working behind the bar can't even explain when the food is being served. No heating in the rooms. Beach is 10 minutes away. Look at different web sites, you can get a room here for 20€ - it's definitely not worth more. Take a look at the picture. The cockroach is photographed next to a half litre olive oil bottle. Yep, that big (not the bottle, the cockroach). He was my friend at first but then I had to put him down as he was becoming quite annoying, especially during the nights, when he would drink the beer and harass my girlfriend telling her to take him to the pool for a swim.

Arrived last night, rooms are cold with poor heating, we came here to use the sauna room as we were told it was €8 for 1 hour for 2 people by 1 member of staff at the reception, however when booking it we were told it was for only half an hour. The male staff member at the reception today shows poor customer service and has an attitude of lack of care for the customer. we are very uncomfortable after the treatment received, unfortunately we have until Friday here.

We swapped a peak season timeshare to stay at this resort (before we read the reviews). Timeshare is supposed to be 5 star but not here. Yes we knew we were going out of season and they were renovating the cold water pool and we were unlikely to need it but our main concern was the paper thin walls and being woken at 7 am by a foreign child shouting in the corridor, followed on the Monday at 07.30 by a chainsaw! Our two bedroom apartment was on the third floor so we could at least just see over the tall conifer hedge of our land-side view. if you looked sideways from the balcony you could just see the sea in both directions. looking down you had a view of some discarded underwear hanging in the hedge! The whole place needs some TLC but is adequate(ish) if you are on a cheap package deal. Kitchenette comprised a small twin hotplate, small fridge and microwave. VERY limited utensils with none of the usual starter pack of dishcloth etc. No info provided in room about any local bars trips, etc. We could though find NO fault with the staff (previous reviews suggest otherwise).
On the Monday the manager called to say that they had several complaints about the works from Jet2 guests and did we wish to move to a sister resort? They kindly drove us to see the new place to decide. Then when we accepted they wished us well and apologised for the problems.
Hopefully by the time the season starts and the pool is back in action and if some tidying of buildings etc is done, then things should be OK? Be aware it is a good walk to the nearest bars/restaraunts of Coral bay if you don't have a hire car.response / report this review -
