Brilliant hotel in many ways, also let down in just as many.
Views are unbeatable, let the photos speak for themselves. The pool is great, and there are adequate facilities to keep you entertained if you are looking for a short relaxing getaway.
The staff were brilliantly helpful to the best of their ability. It's not a 5 star service, but it's not 5 star prices anyway.
There was multiple little problems with the room, broken lights etc. The steps around the site are black stone, which looks nice, but burn your skin in a fraction of a second, do not walk around bare foot at all. The biggest problem we had was the entrance ramp to the site had a large speed bump on the crest of the ramp. This scraped the bottom of our average joe ford focus both times we drove in. Luckily our car is getting on and it only scratched the sub frame slightly and did not appear to do any noticeable damage. If you do not want to risk damage to your car then take this into account.response / report this review -

NEEDS URGENT REFORM
Until they sort out the entrance road, I would recommend no-one with their own car stay here. Our car is a ford focus so not a low car and we drove very slowly yet the hump still scratched the underneath of our car. There is no need to have a speed bump on a turning in let alone one that is so damaging.
Also the apartments need fly nets across the windows otherwise you can't open them without letting all the mosquitoes in. A really simple fix yet they don't bother. This could be a really nice place if it wasn't so run down but I got the impression from the lady at front desk that the manager doesn't care.
On the plus side, they bought coconut milk in for the breakfast as a couple of us have allergies.
Also some of the staff were really lovely but sadly there isn't enough staffing at breakfast. The waiter tried his best but there needs to be more, only the last day did they present it as a buffet.
The swimming pool is lovely with great views, just watch kids around the sheltered bit as there is exposed wires which they could get a shock from.response / report this review -

Very lovely place to spend quite and peaceful time. It's set in the mountains but not so high, so rent a car is the best option to get here but it's worth it, the views are amazing.
We did have apartment with balcony the rooms are good sizes, full furnished with flat t.v. in living room and aircon in all rooms. A lot lovely places to visit around. Highly recommend!response / report this review -

Good location , need a car to travel from there ! amenities are basic , but the price is relatively cheap. Rooms should be cleaned more often, had several days of rubbish piling up and only one small bin.

They do not have enough beds for babies and/or kids. So if you are planning to take your family, CLARIFY they will have enough beds for everyone or get ready for the couches.
Limited dining menu and hours of operation.
Very few umbrellas for the pool areas.
Friendly personnel!
Very clean areas!
