Rooms are nice and clean if a little small. Very good sideways view of the sea from the 2nd floor sea view rooms (room 2532), and very good considering the cost. Beware there is a building site immediately to the west of the hotel and it looks as though the works will be ongoing for some time.
Certainly cannot fault the staff throughout the hotel. All of the bar and wait staff are extremely friendly with table service in both the internal and pool bars. On their own, the staff would rate 5 stars.
The food at the pool bar is surprisingly good and very reasonable for the size and price. Breakfast / evening meals in the main restaurant were good if a little samey day after day and better value can be had at some of the local restaurants and bars if you're not a big eater so can't take advantage of the buffet.
Downsides are that the pool isn't heated and is shockingly, take your breath away cold and, more frustratingly, the other patrons are generally rude. Walking in front of you while queuing at reception and people playing loud music from their rooms and on the grass sun lounger area on the sea side of the hotel. Obviously it's difficult but the staff should pull these people up and stop them from disturbing an otherwise lovely, tranquil place for everyone else.
Also the evening "entertainment" on a Saturday left us praying for a migraine in order to take the pain away. Some background music would go a long way rather than the paid karaoke / club singer.
Finally, DON'T get the paid for WiFi. It's terribly slow when it works and YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT this is 2016 people.response / report this review -

Our 6th visit spacious, clean apartments. Fabulous location, right on the beach with access to coastal walks to Paphos and towards Coral Bay. Amazing sunsets. We didn't want to leave. Had another great holiday, thank you.

Beautiful, clean and very helpful staff. The pool area and surroundings are amazing. The Spa staff and services were awesome. Only thing that was not great was the Breakfast. They served more the English Breakfast. We expected Cyprian cuisine.
