My overall experience at the hotel was good. When my girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel - we had 3 problems:
1) Shower wasn't working - was fixed quickly.
2) Door key wasn't working and the guy at the front desk didn't know how to program it. This was fixed next morning.
3) We got 2 single beds instead of a queen bed. I requested this upon booking, called 2 days before to verify and asked about 5 times once we were there. Nothing. This is the reason why I gave this hotel 3 stars.
Besides that - food was good, nice workers, location is about 30 minutes walk from the main touristy area (or an 8 Euro taxi), room was nice and clean.response / report this review -

came here for relaxing holiday and wedding going on we had to go to another hotel for the night and they dont tell you about the building going on next door lots of banging

4 stars to reflect the hotels official rating. it's a bit dated in places inside but you spend most the time outside on hols right?

The lobby and facilities are very nice.
However, room is old, has dirty carpet and smells moldy. Once we entered the room it was like we entered another hotel. I would have rated this hotel with 4 stars if we had a room that holds the same standard as the rest of the hotel.
Also, our airconditioning did not work.
We tried to swim in the indoor pool but the heating did not work (the hotel just opened after 5 months closing, so probably a temporary start up problem).
On the bright side, staff is very friendly and cleaning is good.response / report this review -

This hotel in our view is no longer a 4 star, 3 is all we would now give it.The food is not as good as in previous years, at times,tasteless. The sun beds are old and uncomfortable. People are getting up early to put towels on beds,which was never allowed in previous years, not enough beds.Staff are in short supply and run off their feet. It's a great shame as it was very good 5 years ago but,has gone downhill since. There is now music ,bingo,singing until 11pm ,where this was a peaceful and quite holiday it is no longer.This will be the last year we will visit. Sorry Arisro !!!.

Хороший отель. Есть крытый бассейн. На улице большой бассейн , вокруг пальмы. Отличная красивая территория с видом на море. До моря 10 метров. На берегу стоят столики , вечером можно пить коктейль и любоваться морем. Вообще в Пафосе нет песчаных пляжей ,а у этого отеля есть. Правда очень маленький и с каменистым дном. Отель тихий , вечером у бара на территории играет живая музыка , совсем тихо. Анимации нет , кроме обеденной гимнастики в бассейне. Персонал говорит на английском, немецком и русском языке. Основной континент пенсионеры Англии и семейные пары. Еда простая, изобилия нет. Спасибо!
