  I rented a car long term from this company, they were professional and always quick to respond to any questions I had. The car I got was clean and I never had any issues. I would recommend this company any day.

  Worst rental car experience ever!! Old, dirty and bad maintained car!!!
  
  We rented a car for our week in Cyprus through Imperial Car Rental, and the car turned out to be from Fast Car Rental, a local agency.
  
  We got an old Opel Astra with 106.000km and a terrible audio system, not what I would exactly call a "new model car" as advertised in their webpage, but this itself wouldn't have been a real problem. The issue was that the car was dirty and had a total lack of maintenance!!
  
  - The first day it almost didn't start, we had to turn the key for more than 1 minute thinking we would kill the battery to finally get the engine to start.
  
  - The AC was not working!! And this was quite annoying to go around Cyprus in summer
  
  - Lights would suddenly go off and then back on again after some seconds, like if there was some bad electrical contact.
  
  - The car was dirty, both outside and inside! The windshield was so dusty hat driving at night was dangerous due to the glare from other cars lights, and we couldn't clean it as there was no water in the windshield cleaners system
  
  - There was even trash from previous users inside the car, with a pocket full of cigarretes, some half smoked!!
  
  - The claxon didn't work, of course.
  
  Moreover, when we called to say all the things that were not working, instead of bringing a replacement car they told us to come to their office in Nicosia, where they would try to fix the issues or see if there was any other car available We were then in Kyrenia, and after checking we realised Nicosia was not on our planned route ahead, so we ended up keeping the car rather than loosing at least half a day of our holidays without guarantee to get a better car.
  
  Make yourself a favor and avoid Imperial and FAST Car Rental, Cyprus it's full of car rental agencies and all the other cars we saw looked new and shiny, far better than ours!!

  I used them before in 2015 and now again.both times fair prices good cars and very good staff and comunication according to customers needs!

  The service is okay, just the staff is rude. They act like they are doing you a favour renting you the car. Plus if you ask why the deposit is so high they reply so you don't steal the car.
  For pub jokes, it will do, but for being a professional rental company I would prefer to lay my cash on someone that respects doing business with me.
  The condition of some of the cars is not the best as they are repaired from previous accidents.

  Not serious. I wanted to go on a trip with friends, I booked for 8:00am two days ago. When I arrived, there was no car, the manager seemed lost, and the only proposition was to wait for three hours. My saturday is wasted.
