The easiest car hire company I have ever used, no hassle, no deposit, no up selling, they meet you at the airport, paperwork already completed just sign and pay and they take you to the car, a absolute pleasure doing business with them.

Best car rental experience ! They waited us at the airport , the pick up was fast and easy, same as the drop off.No extra charge even if the airplane company changed our arrival from 18:00 to 23:20,no credit card needed and full insurance.We got a 2017 ford fiesta whit less than 20000 km on board.

no outrageos deposits and no arguements about imaginary damage which seems to be the norm these days for the big companies. will be renting again from Stevens rentals next year.

I rent a car in the summer of 2018 for two weeks. Pleasant staff, excellent service. The car was clean and almost new, the mileage was only 15,000. Payment at the time of rental, without prepayments and deposits.

The easiest car pick up and drop off ever! No stressful checking for scratches, no deposit. Maybe a bit more expensive than the big rentals, But definitely worth it. The car was a bit older (4 years), but in a very good conditions.

Fantastic service! I’d never use another company when visiting Cyprus. Representative was waiting at the arrival gate with name board, paperwork filled out within minutes, and then we were taken to our lovely car which was immaculate. Upon departure, we called Steve’s from the airport and the car was collected promptly. Just an all round amazing service for very little money compared to all the others. A*

We were greeted at the airport by wonderful staff and were offered a new Toyota Corolla 2017. The car was very clean, fully insured with no excess. The rates are very cheap, excellent service throughout our rental, highly recommended.

Good morning my friend
Since I called you yesterday for not understanding the reason of Steven's aggressive behavior, I prefer telling you exactly what happened.
He collected €100 for the un-updated and useless GPS and I was lost at the first arrival to Cyprus till 2 am and this may be considered as fraud but I didn't complain.
When I returned the car yesterday because of the a/c which is not working and took another one, he noticed the GPS base partially glued to the dashboard since I wasn't able to hold it in my hand while driving as it didn't stick to the front window, then he didn't stop calling and asking me in an embarrasing way to bring back the car which I wasn't able to do before driving my relatives back home, while they where shocked by his attitude and multiple missed calls to which I called back.
He accused me also of vandalism thinking maybe that I did so intentionally and that's perhaps because he didn't mention the €100 on the agreement and knew about his old GPS.
I told him many times that I was going to take the car back and pay whatever it takes for his dashboard, but because of what happened I accepted back what's left of my money which was 70% of the amount I should have been compensated.
Frankly, his behaviour does not encourage tourism but encourages reporting him to the police.

I was greatly impressed by easiness and transparency of the service we received from Stevens Rental. It took me 10 minutes to book a car from their website, send them a copy of my driving license, got the confirmation by email. As requested, the car (Mazda 2 (class compact) was delivered at no extra cost to our hotel in Larnaca exactly at the set time. I paid only for the car rent + half of the fuel tank (170 € for 10 days + 25 € for gas, winter season). Actually, the tank contained even more gas than I paid for. The car wasn't brand new neither inside nor outside (scratches, cracks, stains were present), but it was fully functional and fit our tasks. In the end of our vacation, I handed over the car at Larnaca airport to the company staff with no extra checks and examinations. Handover time wasn't more than 5 minutes. I had misestimated our gas consumption so I left the car with the same amount of gas: half of the tank. According to their rules, you have to hand over the car with minimum amount, close to empty. So this was our only excess expense. Stevens Rental is highly recommended if you need easy and quick rental, NO deposit, NO hidden charges, no headache. Just sign the papers, pay, grab your wheels and enjoy the country.

Great car rental service. A guy was there waiting for us in arrives with our names on a board. He carried our bags and led us outside to where the car was. We sorted all paperwork and payment on the spot. And we got on our way. The car was lovely and clean and ran perfectly fine no problems what so ever. On drop off we drove to departures where a bit was waiting for us to collect the car no hassle no worries. Cheap and cheerful thank you for your great service. We will defiantly be using stevan car hire again

We used this company in April 2017 and what a breeze it was to use this company. We were met at the airport and a form was quickly filled in and payment taken, then shown the car, it all took about 10 minutes and we were on our way. No extras to pay for and a quick call on the way back to meet the representative and back on our plane.
Will be definitely using this company again and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic company who are professional, courteous, friendly and really helpful. Upon returning the car we had some time with Nick whilst he waited for a new client coming in (we ourselves were waiting for a family member who had flown over due to my girlfriends Father suffering a heart attack) and his company put us very much more at ease so thank you Nick. He's is a perfect ambassador for the business and really made things exceptionally easy for us being in an un-familiar place. I would absolutely recommend Stevens to anyone looking to hire a car whilst in Cyprus and, given a member of our family owns an apartment out there, I will definitely use them again without hesitation.

I've tried to hire cars twice. First time from 09/07/17 till 15/07/17 - all fine, no problems at all. Good service as expected. Second one from 22/07/17 till 28/07/17 - no one met me at the airport, no one answered me by phone (arrival 7pm), also no one answered me by e-mail. No apologies, no service at all. So, be careful, always keep an alternate option.

June 2017 - Hired a car through Stevens rental for a week. Really smooth pick up, all paperwork completed at the airport, no hidden extras or deposit. Car ready for collection at the airport. Lovely car, clean, and just as expected. No issues with car. Perfect drop off on return at airport. Just called 30 minutes before arriving. No problems at all. Will be using again and will recommend. Brilliant company, extremely accommodating to special requests, I used to use Stevens many years ago when was travelling quite a lot to Cyprus, and now having bought a house there have gone back to Stevens, and they will deliver cars to the house.
May not be the cheapest, but they certainly offer the best value, no hidden costs anywhere, what you see on the website as the rental is what you pay. Cars always clean. Would definitely recommend this company.
