  Was Ok everything, just navigation send us different place 5 min away from the airport.
  Would recommend Hertz wasn’t any problem with the car and assistance.

  Arrived at Hertz Larnaca late at night with family and they informed me there was no car available. "they had overbooked in Nicosia" and could not help us in any way. should be option for no stars.

  No idea where all the bad reviews come from. I was helped very quickly and was on my way within 30 minutes. The car had some damage, but so do most of the cars on Cyprus. After returning the car everything was handled within 5 minutes and before I reached home the deposit was released. Very good experience.
  The Hertz cars are now located on a area next to the departure hall. When returning the car don't take the Airport loop, but look for the rental car signs.

  Awful service. Reservation was ignored and there was no car available. I was asked for more money by a partner company. After more than an hour I was finally given a smaller car that smelled horribly. Stay away

  Zero stars !!!
  Customer service is bad. I had to wait one hour for a car and got very old one with 100000km
  I had an issue with the car and I called them, still waiting 😠.
  I called beck and the lady said that she can't call back and she know it a bad customer service.
  If I were you better rent in another company!!!

  Avoid - total scam - superficial scratch to bottom bumper not noticed on pick upthis would have easily come off with t-cut or even toothpaste. Didn't have time to fix it as only noticed when delivering car back - charged 180 EUR for full re-spray of bumper. Total rip off - day light robbery. Horrible customer service when trying to discuss the issue with them also.

  Took a while to be seen at the desk but once we went for our car we were greeted by a very friendly gent who showed us to our car. Had much worse. Give em a shot! 👍

  Awful service. No respect for the customer. Rude. Tragic location. Very far away of the other companies & the dedicated parking spot. It's feel like they don't like their job. Especially the one lady.

  They lied to me about the petrol. They said it would be convenient for me to bring it back less than full.
  
  They conveniently omitted to mention the €20 refuleing charge.
  
  So HALF A NOTCH on the gas gauge (of about 16) cost me €34.
  
  Avoid this hertz outlet. At least one shameless liar works here. Oh. And contrary to local expectations, she is female.

  Recogida al llegar al aeropuerto, desplazamiento hasta la sede de Hertz en furgoneta, y a la vuelta lo mismo, (la chica que me atendió a la vuelta, absolutamente amable y agradable). Muy barato, coche correcto.

  Booked a car for hire through economy car rentals which was delivered by hertz now when you look for a cheap deal on line l don't expect a brand new car but l expect one fit for purpose
  
  This was delivered to me by hertz representative who had driven the car to my hotel took my money explained that any claim would be through economy car rentals got me to sign all the paper work then said lets go and check your car for marks well theres not one panel was undamaged 3 of the tyres are questionably legal one just above and when I asked if they were legal l got no answer,have a drivers door with hafe a handle
  
  When I drove the car the drivers air bag light is on the drive shaft nocks when turning and the rep drove this to me
  
  Where is the care of duty to staff or the customer hertz you my say it economy's problem but you delivered the car on there behalf
  
  I work in the tyre industry and am not happy
  
  Had my car replaced today thanks hertz
