  Total lack of professionality. First the 9 seater van was a very very old and smelly Renault Traffic, with a lot of damages around, and, although it worked the whole week, several times was difficult to start, and the engine was either flooding or the rpm increasing alone and at the end the miserable blackmail: one of the parts of the car that was given already damaged, suddenly was "more damaged": In the document when hiring the car it was clear that this part was damaged, but laughing they informed me that I had the pay for it: as I had to take the plane they gave me 2 options; either I pay "for the damage" or later they will take the whole deposit saying that there were more damages!!

  Turned up ready to hire two cheapest small cars, as a family of six. Got a seven seater for half the normal price, ~€120 for a week. Very pleased, as a single car is logistically much better than 2.

  Fantastic and fun customer service! My only complaint is that I reserved and was confirmed for an automatic but all they had when I arrived was manual, which limited the amount of driving I was willing to do while in Cyprus.

  Заранее оговорил продление ренты машины по заказанной цене. За три дня до окончания первого периода цену подняли слегка, а в момент пролонгации машина оказалась недоступна, а ценник на худшую подняли вдвое!

  2 problems:
  1. The cars are a little bit old
  2. You need to take a shuttle from Larnacs airport to their reception. Not easy to find. Took us 1 hour to get there

  Price worth cars. Shuttle bus will pick you up very close to the terminal. Do not pay airport rentals additional fee for the airport pickup. Use enterprise.
