I'd rented the car in april 2018. The staff was very helpful. My manager was Theo. He met me at the airport, showed me the car and how it work with great patience. And answered my every question later. Every car equip a kit of paper maps. So, for me it was great experience, despite of stress driving other side, as in my country.

We have rented the car from them for 3 days. The car was working fine we didn't have any problems with it. The lady in the office was super nice and helpfull. When returning the car there was another lady - she also was very nice. They didn't charge us more - they returned the whole amount of excess money without any problems. Really great service and I can recommend renting a car from them. If we ever come back to Larnaca and we will be in need of the car Cosmos is the place that we would go to.

Very good customer service. The staff was very nice. They even returned us the 5 euro that we paid to wash the car when we returned it. Definitely would rent again from them if I ever come back to Larnaca.

Very professional and friendly staff. Very nice cars in excellent condition.. The prices are the best.. They can suggest you a lot of places in all over cyprus giving you full set of maps and anything else you need. Super Cosmos Car Rental!

Good local car rental.
Pleasant staff.
It is very comfortable to use your hotel as a pick up location.
They provided baby seat for free.
Car was clean.
No issues with car return.

The only funny surprise was PINK Nissan Micra (March)

We have used Cosmos Car Rental approx twice a year for the past 8 years . We have found this to be the best car rental company in the Larnaca region as regards price, cars and service. The staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. We arrange via email to have the car waiting at Larnaca airport on our arrival and return it to Larnaca airport on departure. Cosmos staff make it all so easy . We highly recommend this trust worthy and reliable family run business.

I rented a car from Cosmos at the airport. I was surprised that I didn't have to take the shuttle bus - the car was delivered at the spot and it only took 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and one of them even marked for me places to visit on the map. I am glad that I chose Cosmos to hire a car from. Thank you all Cosmos staff, I will be back soon.
