Brilliant. Lovely location. Although a small timetable of times of treatment with a small map of the spa would have been usefull instead of keep going to reception, and it would have been nice to have the food in the spa,,we could have continued to relax in our robes after the massage instead having to get dressed and go to the hotel(200 yards away)
Food was fab and plenty of it. Will certainly go back .well worth it.

Strong smell of sulpbur throughout. Didn't pick up on a particularly nice inviting vibe from any of the staff or the place in general.

Just spent two nights here for my birthday. It's a fantastic environment which is full of character but although it has facilities for the disabled, be aware that it is spread out and on many levels on a hillside with lots of slopes. We had a suite which was spacious, well equipped and comfortable and a spa package. We added a couple's massage as well. The restaurant was included in the package and the food was good and appeared to be fresh, local produce where possible. The honey at breakfast was about as fresh as you can get. Overall we had a very relaxing couple of days here and I can recommend it to anyone seeking to get away from it all for a while.

The hotel is a hidden gem, surrounded by green area for pure relaxation and rehabilitation. Very good stay, and since the service is a general issue in Cyprus, cannot complain. Good quality dinner and pretty nice breakfast. There was live music in the restaurant, also in the bar lady playing beautifully a harp

Nice hotel and Spa resort. The service could be better. They should definitely be more strict about smoking area in the restaurant vs non-smokers. A bit pricey for Cyprus, full of tourists on a non touristic period and also no Cypriots as stuff. Oh food is delicious!!

    - Loud kitchen staff speaking on the phone in the inner yard early in the morning and late in the evening.
    - Room cleanness could be improved.

Very quiet hotel in a lovely location. The set meals on half board basis were not as good as they should be, served on cold plates and with very limited choice, the food was not piping hot when leaving the kitchen. The A la carte meals came out brilliantly as they were freshly prepared.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and do all they can to make you feel welcome especially Koulla the head waitress. I felt the facilities for the sulphur pools are a bit expensive but different. The Spa treatments were OK but have had better.

I had a reservation with my wife for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Unfortunately we had a terrible accident 2 days before arriving at the hotel. My wife broke her arm at three places had to undergo a long surgery of 8 hours and stayed in the hospital for a week. I called them we were not going to be able to go and they informed me that its their policy not to refund any money for cancellation after the 7 day period and that also could not change our reservation for different days. I explained them the situation and they insisted that they cannot do anything about it. The reception staff behavior was terrible and they gave an alternative solution ,that really got me angry since they seemed to not understand the terrible situation that we went through, to send some other people (friends, family) in our place so we do not lose the reservation. I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times before and I really enjoyed the place from now on NEVER AGAIN!!!!

    Tarnished honeymoon!
The place tries to offer a tranguil and relaxed break with decent spa facilities and sulphur pool. However , with a procedure of asking clients to deposit locker keys at reception while you use the spa pool we were bewildered as to how my mobile phone could go missing from a locked locker! My phone a galaxy Note 4 went missing at the spa location and can be proved via the Find my phone security service. Yet the attitude of the spa and hotel staff was to insist that nobody steals phones at their facilities therefore I should wait for it to turn up. Turn up it never did and had to report to police 24hrs too late. Very disapointed about the whole experience made worse by the fact that we were on our honeymoon!

Aromatherapy massage was fantastic, thank you Elvira. Sulphur pools were a bit of a letdown as half of the water jet nozzles were blocked. Still a lovely place to relax.

4* for surroundings, 3* for food, 4* for treatment though heavily overpriced and 2* for service. Wouldn't rush back to stay there again with a treatment but may consider going back for a day trip to the Spa only. Main thing is the cooler air and lower humidity this time of year, very nice!

    What a beautiful place !!!
    Hotel and surroundings.
We stayed in a standard room, clean comfortable and adequate. WiFi was a
Problem in this room.Ground floor rooms have to contend with occasional
    Noise from rooms above.Honestly, we
did not book for the spa facilities. For us
they were a bonus,we did not use the
Hotel pool once during our stay, as we
Feel their is much more to this part of
Cyprus than sitting by a beautiful pool.
Yes we used it as a base to see some
Wonderful villages, tavernas, montainouse countryside, coastlines and wildlife. This is the real Cyprus that
Most holiday makers never see.An accet
for your location. Your staff are very friendly and attentive, wich we liked, as these people can be the difference to an
    enjoyable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed
All the food,.buffet breakfast and evening meals. We have posted some
Reviews, an honest and modern thing to do, but would like to say a traditional
    Thankyou !!!
To all at Ayii Anargyri for a wonderful
    Stay.
    Mark and Julie Travis.

I haven't tried the spa or hotel accommodation, but visited twice and have been disappointed each time. First when inquiring about wedding reception there was zero flexibility, friendliness from the staff or any interest in our business. Second time on my husband's birthday dinner, the food was worse than average, service extremely slow despite there being too many people running around. The dinner was during someone's wedding, the only separation from private dining space and someones wedding was few chairs, so we ended up having to watch the whole wedding. They might have nice rooms and good spa, but this was enough already to put me off even staying there in the future.

Nice place to relax. The hotel built as to blend with the surroundings. The spa provides relaxation and comfort, and the pool of the hotel the rest. The food isn't great but good enough to survive. Breakfast was pretty decent. It's recommended for a weekend to relax away from the hustle of the city. There are not a lot of things to do nearby, but 20-30 min drive you can find Paphos or Polis.

It's a rare moment we finally left home without children to spend fab day at this great spa-resort only 30 minutes drive from Paphos, it is not a high season and you really. Do not need to reserve anything in advance, just come and have time for yourself - the pool with water from sulphur spring from deep below the land surface, 3*15 minutes procedures in three different pools then you can select from a list of any cosmetic massages and skin spa, and have a total relaxed hour sun bathing and listening the spiritual music at lounge. And it's only for two of us because it's Monday!!!! ;) Romantic dinner at old cave with build in wine cellar and great selection of 🍷 is the next step at our get a way journey. Cyprus is little heaven at the middle of Medetarian Sea 🌊 everyone should visit to stay in love forever ;)

The overall surroundings and landscape are lovely. It is definitely a great location to relax and the staff is extremely friendly. Our overall experience was good and although the common areas are nicely decorated, more attention to certain details would make the place a whole lot better
    1. Room amenities: The rooms are very sparsely equipped and not so welcoming:
Adding a large mirror in the main sleeping area would be useful for couples when one is showering and the other is trying to get ready (the one that is located inside the closet door is inconvenient because you actually have to stand partially in the closet to see yourself and to do so you need to open the other closet door which then blocks the light).
The mattress is extremely hard and every morning we woke up with aches and pains which spoilt the whole relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Despite the fact that we used the healing pools jets and had massages we actually left the hotel feeling worse than we did when we arrived…
The furniture is too minimal and the lack of wall art or decor makes the guest rooms seem unwelcoming and feel almost institutional. The TV only had two Russian channels, a couple of Greek ones and a English speaking news channel so obviously there is no consideration to the guests who do not speak Russian or Greek.
    2. Guestroom cleanliness. More attention needs to be paid to how the rooms are cleaned. When we checked in, we noticed a roll of toilet paper on the floor under the bathroom vanity and two days later the roll was still there so obviously the floor is not swept or mopped properly the exterior of the bathroom waste bin looked dirty and the shower curtain had rust stains on it. The greenery in the vase on the bathroom vanity counter had so much dust on it that the leaves looked fluffy which all makes you wonder what else is not cleaned properly?
    4. Smoking at a Health Resort?!. On our last night we had some loud guest in in the room next to us smoking in their room and although we had the windows closed the smell of cigarette smoke and their conversation kept us up past 3:00am! Our opinion is that smoking should be allowed only in designated areas away from guest rooms or the restaurant.
    5. Restaurant. Breakfast was very good with a variety of items to satisfy all tastes and dietary needs. Although dinner choices were very limited, consisting of a preset starter and desert and a choice of 2 entrees, the food was a very nice departure from the standard Cypriot menu and the presentation was excellent. However, the wine and sparkling water was greatly overpriced.
    3. Spa experience. The spa treatments and staff were very pleasant, however some of the jets appeared to not be working properly and the relaxation room windows were dirty so it detracted from the lovely views and the overall experience.
We would consider coming back if the mattresses and rooms were more comfortable and more attention was paid to cleanliness.
