Courteous, lovely and friendly employees. Delicious food. Can't be closer to the beach. Free sunbets one stair to the beach. Huge pool. Tasty "Roof Burger Bar" on the top of the hotel. We love it and we will came back.

At €275 a night, at a so called 4 star hotel you would expect near perfection.

The only reason I have not given a poor review is because my partner and I really enjoyed the pool and beach area.

As you will see from the uploaded photos to tripadvisor, our bed was so inviting to come back to every day. 4 star quality right? And what can I say about the pillows, as soon as you placed your head on them, you were touching the mattress (not to mention the immaculate condition they were in, NOT). Who places smudged/dirty pillow cases? To make maters worst, I had to ask on a DAILY basis for facial towels and bath mats. Yes, a bath mat was rarely left for us.

Now, you would also expect a 4 star hotel to have a business center right? Wrong. In this case, staff would kindly direct you to their partner hotel just a few meters down the road right? Wrong again. It almost seemed a nuisance to ask.

When you go on a holiday and stay at what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, you have certain expectations. After all you are paying for a level of quality and comfort.

Unfortunately, Grecian Sands has a long way to go to achieve such 4 star standards. Maybe take a look at your partner hotel Grecian Bay for some inspiration.

There is no apology needed from the hotel management. Your apologetic energy should be best placed on achieving 4 star service for your clients rather than spending it replying to online negative/average reviews.
