We arrived at hotel to a driveway with weeds leading to a very unwelcoming underground carpark with 2 flights of stairs to reception area with no internal lift to hotel. The reception is very underwhelming and the lady who greeted us was more intent on getting payment upfront than making us feel welcome! Room comfortable but no bedside plugs and alof of mosquitoes. On the positivesViews and garden area towards the beach is stunning and breakfast very good. Lady at reception on our last day was lovely and wish I'd got her name. Bell system at pool great if you could be left alone to use this and not be pestered to order something! Be aware spa steamroom and jacuzzi is not free and sauna is only free of charge after 3.30pm not a 5 star hotelrip off!

Nice location on the beach and only walking distance to the sea caves. And near water activities and 10 min walk to the town (along the beach). Room furniture needs improvements. Breakfast good quality of food and nice sitting area. Drinking Water is NOT FREE 😡 ..

This Hôtel is really great value for money. Great location, really nice beach, great setting and attention to details. We liked our food at the breakfast and dinner and room was spacious enough. Really friendly staff

This hotel is extraordinary by all means - be it nicely set-up rooms (comfortable bed, nice new furniture, fully renovated bathroom and smart "Do not disturb" panel) with incredible view to the sea shore, or well organized territory with numbered sun beds standing at soft green grass, or fabulous breakfasts, but above all - perfect staff that will make your stay truly unforgettable! The only minor thing is that breakfast room is somewhat small for a period when weather is not nice enough to have breakfast outside. Highly recommend this hotel for a nice relaxing vacation!

I had a fabulous stay here with my wife. Perfect location by the beach, awesome facilities and very helpful staff. One drawback: Expensive food in house, so you're better off going to Aiga Napa for dinner.

Great location right on the beach and away from the hectic goings on of Ayia Napa. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. The rooms are comfirtable with more than you need fir your stay with complimentary fruit, flowers, water and toiletries. We even had a little bottle of local Alcohol veru nice indeed. Staff are vety attentive, friendly and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel, bar and reception area lovely to sit and pass the day away. Worth the 5* rating
