  Studied at UMCC, two times (1981 -87) a BEng. in Industrial Engineering. The experience obtained was life forming and rewarding. Due to this factor, I returned to pursue a MSc. in Higher Education from 2009 -11. Excellent institution with well experienced Faculty and well organized. For example, in my programme, 85 percent of Faculty we're at the Doctoral level with more than 48 years experience teaching at that level, with experience of having delivered classes throughout Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa.
