  Super nice atmosphere. There's literally an enormous tree on the restaurant terrasse. Food was a bit salty but good flavors overall

  We ordered (dinner), and waited for 1:15 hour then we have been told that we need to wait for an other hour (at least!) because they have to service a tourist bus first! and that tour have the priority on normal tourist (the boss policy!) after an other 20 minutes they weren't even sure if there will be enough food gosh hell. We left very upset and not only hungry but also angry >:(

  There is literally a giant Ceiba tree. Comfortable and elegant. The food and drinks were excellent. Be sure to mark your map because this place is hard to find from the plaza.

  What a unique experience to dine at La Ceiba in Trinidad, Cuba. You walk into a living room of an old house and pass through the hallway to the back to eat at tables on the large multi tiered rooftop deck.
  
  The restaurant was recommended to me from a friend and dive instructor who grew up in Cienfuegos. I enjoyed the honey barbecued chicken and the fruit appetizers are a bonus.
  
  Flies are attracted to the chimney vent so stay clear of that section. They also love all the lobster tails. Tails are on everyone's table since its so inexpensive.
  
  Look over the back roof and people live beneath the restaurant where workers toss recycled cans and bottles to help make a few pesos.

  Excelente comida tradicional cubana. Buen servicio gastronomico. Precios muy rasonables y de gran calidad . Lo recomiendo a todos los que visiten Trinidad.
