went with 2 kids (2,4 old)
save, room clean, people friendly, lots of activities. Beach beautiful. Food is good. better than other places in Cuba. Due to heat and sun - kids didn't have appetite( - food mostly were repetitive, I suggest to go to restaurants to try different food. They have a pharmacy shop, all water is safe, everyday we had 2 bottle of water in our fridge. Room with two double beds - roomy enough for family of 4.

I loved this resort.
Very quiet. Far from any town.
Rock beach is covered by a massive deck. Plus there is a massive unused sandy beach. No diving in the area. Tours are ok.
Food was good. Lots of variety.
If you are looking to party , go somewhere else. If you want to relax come here.
Kids show every night.

Hotel property was close proximity to the airport which was great. Overall staff was great, food well it's Cuba so it's just as you would expect. Veggie options where limited --- I found it more limited than previous visit to other parts of Cuba. The Beach was great for long walks in both directions. Try and get there early to reserve the blue beach chairs which were limited, the white plastic ones where terrible. There were also a ton of different sea shells all long the beach if that's your thing.

Nice resort with very good food. Beautiful beaches and great bartenders. Hot tub was not working. I see that other people had problems with the hot waterlots of hot water in our room.

We had a great time at the Pullman Cayo Coco for my boyfriend's brother's wedding. The staff attempts to make your stay as relaxing as possible. We were here several months after the Irma hurricane. They had rebuilt much of the resort, but you could still see some of the devastation, from palm trees not looking in top shape, to plumbing issues in the toilet, to shower water running hot and cold, to the pool's hot tub not being hot, etc. But, we understood that they have been picking their battles on what needs fixing asap and what can wait, and don't hold any grudges.

Great beach great food. Was worth the trip. No issues with the room. Was enjoyable and relaxing. One problem was that the pools do not have enough shade. It’s a shame because it’s a great place otherwise

We had a great time at this resort. The only thing I didn't like was the shower was cool. But otherwise everything was fantastic. That was the only problem. Oh wait don't hold the pets at the alligator farm I got ringworm from them and I even paid to hold them.

Good and bad things here. New, large rooms. However, there was mold on some walls. Staff is nice but activities get cancelled for no reason sometimes.

Loved it! Went there for our honeymoon at the end of Aug and had a fantastic week. Beautiful beach, great food, fantastic staff, clean resort and a stunning country. Do the jeep tour, its worth every penny. The cuban food is to die for and the scenery is breathtaking.

Great newish resort. Staff are super friendly. Beach had lots of of coral and shells making it a little tough on bare feet. However the water and views are fantastic.

Excellent! I definitely recommend it. My husband and I went there to celebrate our first year anniversary. The staff are amazing, and all the activities that they do around the resort, you will never be bored at all! Staff speak Spanish, English and even French! They are very organized and on schedule with their things. Food is great for Cuba! Great entertainers like Danny, the twins, and others. The shows at night are amazing!!! We had the best experience in this resort. Very modern rooms, and I cannot complain at all.

Good family resort - lots of pools, amazing beaches, and water sports to play. A little far from most of the off-site excursions, but if you're staying on the resort that won't be an issue.

A bit over rated, had some issues like broken pool tiles that injured my foot. Room had ants and mosquitoes fly in everyday as cleaner had door opened. Had an ok time but would not go back. The entertainment was great.

Gorgeous resort, warmest water I've ever been in. They need to clean up with grassy area in front of the beach. Other than that had an amazing experience.
