Great place, the beach is fantastic and you can hire pedalos and kayaks daily. The food at the buffet isn't fantastic but the other on site restraunts make up for it, oh and so does the unlimited alcohol too!

Excellent place, excellent service, friendly people. Need some improvement at the beach. Like more sunshade, and more people at the bar service. At lobby announcement and music too loud. Otherwise we love it. Been there before, and definitely would go again.

Just got back and loved it! Will definitely go back. Beautiful beach/pool & rooms with air conditioning! Friendly staff. I'd recommend getting priority suites if you want exclusive seating by beach/pool & rum bottle plus daily fridge restocking of 2 cuba sprites and beers.

Our second time there. Reasonable price for a family friendly, good quality resort. Don't go if you want fancy, but for the value it's clean, friendly staff, good food, amazing lattes in the lobby bar, great pool and phenomenal beach.

Terrific resort. Food was good. Staff were very attentive to your needs. Friendly. Beach was amazing, lots of space for sitting on the beach. Chair guys brought your chair to you at the beach and pool. Can't wait to go back again . Family of 4, with 2 teenage boys. Ontario Canada visited Feb 3 till 11 2018

Great staff that go over and above to make you happy. Great small resort where everything is walkable within 5 minutes. Beach is amazing!

Not the best hotel I went but considering the hotel had to be rebuilt after the storm before December they work quickly to reopen it so thumb up for them. If you are not patient.. don't go there the whaiting is long when it's time to eat. But food is good lots of fish and seafood, pasta bar ,ect . Beach is clean be careful to the coral when you go inn but some place on the beach is just soft sand in the weather and you can almost walk for half a mile before you have what're at your shoulder. Great beach for kid

The resort itself is a little tired. But the people who work there make up for it!
Food was decent, I'm not a big foodie so that didn't bother me.

This hotel and resort is the worst place I have ever stayed. They blame every thing on the hurricane. If that is the case they should not off reopened until it was up and running properly. The hotel was full to capacity 1,200 but still had 1 member of staff manning reception, bars and shop. Queues were terrible at all of them. Even had to queue outside aswell as inside for your meals. I will never return

Given that it was the cheapest hotel we could book on Cayo Coco it was pretty good. Rooms weren't in a best possible condition, but were very clean and quiet. The food wasn't exceptional, but we could easily find some "edible" dishes. Hotel staff is not above Cuban average.

The hotel beach is actually very nice and wasn't overcrowded at all. You can also take a long walk either way with a spectacular lagoon views. If you can find a good deal on this hotel I wouldn't think twice and just book it.

Just came back from Pestana, and was really not impressed. Aside from the beach this place needs some serious TLC. Rooms were not cleaned properly and not prepped for new arrivals. Buffet and restaurants are mediocre and service is lacking. The staff are trying their best but management doesn't seem to care. You get what you pay for.

Food is fantastic. Service is phenomenal. Beach, pool and property are very well kept. Poll is one of the greatest people I have ever met and would return time and time again just to see him.

Great resort. First time to Cuba. Went April 4th to the 11th with my husband and kids. Weather was amazing, food was great. Had no problems with towels or getting water bottles in the room. Amazing beach!

Very nice Cuban people. Beautiful beach especially for kids as the water does not get deep for 30 meters. Limited resources for the number of people. I think it was not planned correctly. You need to wait in line for dinner and need to work hard to find a spot at the pool. One thing I realised was the visitor were mostly from Quebec. BTW this new VIP status which you can buy at the airport for 25 is ridiculous. It does not go well with Cuba and it shows it is changing fast

I give this resort a 3 because I loved how wonderful they treated us but the food could have been a tad bit better but my overall review about the resort was it was well he put together
