We really enjoyed our stay here. The resort was excellent and the entire staff made sure we felt at home.

Also, we just want to thank the Management Team (specifically the General Manager) for going above and beyond to make sure we didn't want for anything. Excellent job.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this resort.

We were treated exceptionally well and had the opportunity to hang out with the GM Mr. Ernesto who ensured that we were fully taken care of.

I had the chance to meet the General Manager Mr. Ernesto, he was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our entire stay here. He made us feel welcome, and we will be returning solely because of the excellent customer service he provided to us.

The resort itself is awesome, full of great people and the staff were excellent.

We had a big problem with the rooms. We were moved once, but ended up with no A/C for 6 days. When the heat is in the mid-30s every day, that can't be ignored. Other than the room issues, we had a wonderful time. Food was great, people were warm and friendly, entertainment was fantastic and the beach and pool were great. I'm hoping they get their rooms back up to par, but if I go back to Cuba, I don't think it will be to this Resort.

One of the best resorts in all Cuba. The hotel is well kept, the staff is friendly and the food is not bad. The best thing about this hotel is the beach Absolutely spectacular! The animation is great and they offer nice excursions on land and sea. Taking a taxi to Lenny's, a local seafood restaurant, is worth every pesos. I recommend it!

If you are a young couple , Do NOT go to this resort.
This resort is good for older people who want to relax.

Pros: small - beach n pool are accessible
Staff is friendly and accommodating
Food is good quality in compare to other resorts I have been in Cuba. Especially the omelette and the fried Rice and Fish!
Drinks are awesome!
Sunday show is nice!
Cuban and Asian restaurants are good.
Room service is great.

Cons: no Night club inside the resort. If you want to dance latin , you have to take the shuttle to an outside night club ( not everyday). Entrance fee is $5 . Drinks between $3-5!

On rainy days: not much to do resort is really boring as they don’t have activities for rainy dayseven music was off!

Spa: jacuzzi was broken!
Some gym equipment were broken!

Food: fruits and desserts are not good at this resort.

Basketball hoops were not there so we couldn’t play basketball.

They don’t play music in bars as often as they should! Also they had Jazz music one night which is not my favourite!

They played some very old songs like hallelujah which was depressing while rained!

Some of the shows are awful. On Saturday they had this kid show while there was 0 kids in the resort!

I can not comment on excursions cuz it was rainy n ours was canceled.

Overall I would not recommend this resort to 40 yrs old and younger!
Also not recommended for families with kids!
I wouldn’t come back either. This resort doesn’t deserve 4.5 stars. Its more like a 3 star!

It's a small resort, which I liked, don't have to go far to get to the beach, the pool, restaurants, etc. The buffet is also smaller and pretty limited compared to other resorts I've been to and doesn't have as many options. The staff is very friendly and even honest(!), had no issues whatsoever. There was a hot water issue and when we inquired with the front desk the guy said they were working on it but that's all he knows and no ETA yet instead of making false promises in Cuban time. Drinks quality varies between the bars, I found the snacks bar to be the best, they also make nice fries (for a Cuban resort). It's a nice looking resort, some of the rooms have been and are being renovated, those who were not are showing their age. some buildings are ground level only while others have two levels, but that's it, no more than that. The beach is nice, of course, kept clean and raked every day. Unlike other resorts we've been to there were no staff trying to sell us bracelets, charms and whatnot. All in all, we come to Cuba for the ocean, the beaches and the sun, no complaints there.

So happy they are rebounding from Irma. Nice to see so many happy and familiar faces again. Have been seven times and will certainly be going back.
The Beach is fabulous as are the staff and management. Always feel safe and secure there, and to me, that is a biggie.

Breath taking view with kind staff around. Just enough activities to keep you active and no disturbance when you need to enjoy privacy. The night xmas party was the highlight. Food is bit of a problem but didn't take a star out due to that, it's due to the fact there isn't any DOOR in washroom and shower water was cold.

Pleasantly surprised how well this lovely resort recuperated after the hurricane. Clean, great staff and relaxing. Beautiful beach to walk. Food in the all cartes was good. Would consider going again.

What a beach !!!!
Food was fine
Room was clean and comfortable
Swim up bar was great fun !
Snack bar has the best fries !!
Shows are fantastic !!!

Did i say the beach is out of this world !!!!

Adults only is a big plus when your swimming.

This resort is a three star not four as it shows on travel sites. If you are used to 4-5 star service you will be annoyed here. If you just want to be on a beautiful beach and don't care about much else then this is the place for you. Beach here in the summer is one of the best I've ever seen.

A great experience for my first time doing an all inclusive Beautiful beach, clean rooms, nice pool, staff is very friendly and helpful. A nice and quiet resort great for relaxing I will definitely go back for sure.. :-)

Was amazing experience here for my first vacation. The entertainment staff was lacking enthusiasm, however, and didn't really make me feel energized or pumped up to really be a part of the activities going on. It just sort of felt like they were just going through the motions. But the resort was beautiful and clean and peaceful. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all and was absolutely gorgeous. I'd go back

I went a few years ago, the food was great, staff were pretty great but definitely have to tip to get service. Was very clean but i remember them having some problems with water and the showers. The only bad thing was getting harassment from one of the male entertainers It really ruined my vacation. Wasn't able to enjoy after all.

We were there in January 2017 and the stay was fantastic. I couldn't say enough good things about this resort. Every resort has its quirks and you could nit-pick but we thoroughly enjoyed the food, shows, accommodations and pool at the resort. The beach was on another level--one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. When the tide goes out, you can walk for miles along the ocean floor and sand bar. It was so wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone! Focus on the positives, people! Makes life sweeter.
