This is a great Hotel. Very nice atmosphere. The staff was amazing and so nice. Will definitely be back.

Where do I even start? Anyone who gave this place five stars has either very low standards or is on the company dime. We changed rooms three times. No hot water all week long, and shower didn't work in two rooms. Rooms were fairly clean but we had a cockroach in our room that was the size of a Volkswagon! (A touch of an exaggeration but you get the point). I read a review that stated that they had dead crabs in their roomwell so did we. Not an exaggeration. The food was of low quality even for a Cuban resort. The 24 hour snack bar would prepare the food at 10-11am and then leave it for 24 hours.that was the snack bar! Wieners, sausages and stale pizza. Power would cut out about six times a day. The bars were decent enough but the glasses were so small you had to order three at a time. The only thing that I can say decent about this place was the staff..as usual the Cuban people are friendly and try to be accommodating. The staff don't speak much english but I don't hold that against anyone.hey I am the tourist.I should try to accommodate them, not the other way around. However, I would never recommend this place to anyone who would want to stay at a three star or better.

Very nice hotel facility with great food options cater well for traditional Cuban food as well as their main client being italian with a pasta bar. Good local lager from cuba and rum. Very close to beach with a lagoon inbetween for that reason take plenty of spray to keep off the mosquitoes at night! Only reason it lost a star is because they were 95 % geared up for Italians only. Animation was all in Spanish and Italian only with the team shying away from interacting with anybody else, plus the pool music was far too loud. Great beach though and we'll security patrolled with free facilities such as sun beds and umbrellas and even small kayak usage.

All inklusive ohne Getränke im zimmer, beach bar ständig geschlossen und zu weit entfernt, Qualität der Getränke billig.
Diskothek defekt . Essensauswahl_ sehr begrenzt. Nicht zu empfehlen! !

I recently came back from my trip from Cuba, Havana. At a resort called bravo club Arenal. It's not been my first time in Cuba. But, this time I must write to you and tell you how awfully I was treated after I told head security what had happened to me.
On my second last night at the hotel walking back to my room from a friends room one of their security guards approached me got close to me and went in to try and kiss me. Mind you I had never seen this security man before, after I put my hand up to push him away, he then put his hand over my shoulder got close again and grabbed my chest. I was in complete shock and disgusted with what he had just did. I shoved me off me again, instantly I become on defence mode and he then ran off after I tried to ask for help. I ran to the security at the front desk to tell them what just happened and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The staff were very unsupportive of what happened to me, insensitive and not helpful in trying to resolve it right away by having the man hidden the entire time, protecting him rather then having him take any responsibility for what he did.
lucky for me I had my sibling outside the resort, she came to get me the very next day and I did not even sleep at the resort my last night due to the fact that I felt very unsafe after all this. Day of my departure is when two other managers attempted to reach me to apologize but by then it was too late. They tried to tell me they fired the security guard and we all know that's not true. So not only did I not get to confront the security guard myself, they hid him, covered for him and lied to me. I have never felt unsafe in Cuba until this day, their customer service experience in dealing with sexual assault offence was completely inappropriate displaying racism, sexism, and not even a incident report recorded. They just wanted to know my nationality. Asking such irrelevant questions at the time.
I'm not sure what will come after this. But I decided to write this anyways to inform you my recent experience as air transit association is being put on the line and I hope this never happens again, I'll never be going back there again.

posizione strategica per godersi il mare di Cuba e vivere la movida dell' Avana. il servizio è impeccabile e l'animazione Bravo è coinvolgente e mai spiacevole! menzione speciale per il mini club dove Zaira fa la differenza. se volete un trattamento speciale portate con voi dei pan di stelle. si fanno follie😆😆😆

Hermoso hotel para estar tranquilo y cerca de La Habana (solo a 30 minutos en taxi). Muy buena atención e instalaciones en excelente estado. La habitación que nos toco era muy grande y cómoda
La comida estaba bien en el restaurante buffet

Ottima l'animazione. Insufficienti le condizioni in cui si trova la spiaggia. Pezzi di vetro rotti e addirittura una volta abbiamo trovato la carcassa di un capretto che era stato sacrificato per quello che sembrava fosse una loro usanza. Gli ospiti Cubani presenti come noi nella struttura, si sono comportati in modo freddo e maleducato nei confronti di noi italiani. Peccato, credevo fosse un popolo più caldo e accogliente. Il wi fi presente nella struttura funziona a tratti. Cibo buono grazie anche al cuoco italiano. Nel complesso sufficiente, ma niente di straordinario
