Horrible experience with a shower without hot water. I had awful not suitable for decent living corner room with cracks in the wall. Come on! It was a shame

Very simple hotel, in the center of Havana, simple staff, they dont talk any language other than Spanish, a meal os around 10 dollars.

Nettes Hotel, in super Lage! Das Restaurant ist abwechslungsreich und auf einer Dachterasse gelegen. Eine weitere Dachterasse ist vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind normal. Das Personal ist allerdings eher unfreundlich und probierte uns bei der Abreise Schäden im Zimmer zuzuschreiben, die bereits bei der Anreise vorhanden waren.

お湯は出ない。ライトは点かない。ルームチェンジ希望すると移動先の部屋は前泊者が過ごしたまま。
ロケーションと屋上レストランでの朝食しかオススメポイントは無いかも。

I love this hotel! I have stayed there at least once a year since 2001. It´s close to old Havanna and it´s a very popular district with children playing in the streets. It´s very cheap and breakfast is of good standard. The staff is very friendly. After a few days you will get kiss or a hug every morning. And you will meet nice, ordinary Cubans staying at this hotel!
