Nice little bar here and also a rooftop terrace. Good place for WiFi and hotel sells the WiFi cards, they don't seem to mind that you are not staying there. They will also help with taxis and tours.

This was a potentially wonderful old hotel if it weren't for the just plain lousy service from most of the hotel staff. We actually had multiple meals that never arrived. Cuba was a great visit and a really moving experience. If you plan the same I would skip this hotel and try another

*This review is of the Terreza Mirador restaurant on the terrace level, not the hotel. My travel partner and I both ordered sandwiches and cafe con leche. The sandwiches arrived with only one of the 3 ingredients listed in the menu. When we mentioned this to our waiter we were told we had gotten what we ordered. The cafe con leche tasted like Nescafe and was possibly the worst we had in Cuba. The view is really quite nice, but dining here is a recipe for disappointment.

Beautiful place with great staff. Our group checked-in late in the evening and they were still able to prepare a meal for us before bed. Nice little shop/bar off the lobby. The architecture is really great, lots of beautiful detail. Nice veranda on the top floor. Convenient to the ferry and other sights, though the fumes from the refinery can be an issue depending on the wind direction.
