My experience was fine it's all inclusive it's not a 4-star hotel however it is basic and that's what matters if you want to have a good rate good price you can check out this hotel

Good for the price. Mighty AC in the room, small pool, ragged to match Cuba in general. If you stay all inclusive bring a thermic mug with cover or you dring from tiny plastic cups.

One star is being generous! I have been all over the world and stayed at 3-5 star properties. I didn't book this it was through a group so didn't have a lot of options! lets just start, bugs in the room, lizards in the room, sheets towels stained and not replaced over a week. one pillow, 2 towels for dual occupancy room, requested more, and was told by front desk that, that was all we could have.TV, Telephone, and safe in the room all did not work. Rained there one night and the room flooded, about an inch of water on the floor which sucked because there was no dressers or shelves in the room so, was stuck living out of the suit case on the ground! Ok that was the room, with the exception of about 4 or 5 staff members it was the worse and rudest service I have ever had, Food sucked for the most part, breakfast wasn't bad because of the omelette station. Liquor at the bar was the cheapest liquor they have in Cuba, they had some better liquor available but you had to buy it. Same with beer, cag beer only and who know what it is, unless you want to buy bottled? Can't get internet service unless you purchase a wifi card for 2 bucks, that will get you an hour. Beach was dirty and full of trash, and speaking of trash, try to find a trash can around that place! elevators didn't work more than they did, and if they did, you couldn't put more than 3 people in them or they wouldn't move! They were rated for 9 people by the way! Not only would I NEVER stay there again, I wouldn't even stay there if you paid for it for me!

Bar staff is great. Housekeeping is poor even with a $5 dollar tip room is not cleaned well. Drinks only in a plastic cup. 1/2 a can of beer at a time. Not likely to return but the price is good.

For a 2 star it was fine. The food wasn't that bad and the rooms were decent enough. Definitely need some work to the hotel but it's old hotel. It's definitely worth staying if you're trying to save money, the beach was beautiful unfortunately the locals do throw a lot of garbage on the beach. They staff at the hotel was extremely rude especially the women at the front. If u want good service and no attitude tip right away don't and attitude change right away. I'd go back because it's so cheap and I just like Cuba but don't expect much for a 2 star. If u want 4 star u will just have to pay for it

Wonderful hotel but needed renervations as building was striping of paint , friendly stafe, great location near the beach a stone throw away, limited food offerings and meals are served for 2 and a half hour periods for breakfast lunch and dinner. My view was great because I got an ocean view

TropiCACA, TropiNONO! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! This is the place where dreams are broken! We went their for x-mas 2017 and felt like we ended in a nightmare movie. A horrible hotel that looks lilke it's been destroyed by the war and never repaired. Nothing was changed since the 50s, not the pillows, not the mattress, not the furniture(p.s. dont look at the mattress color under the sheets if you dont want to turn green..!) Saw some older men with PROSTITUTES! BTW Even the cubans consider this place a dump! We actually paid extra $$ to get out there and move to a hotel next door! In sum, stay away from this place

MY RESERVATION WAS NOT ACCEPTED and I had to pay again for the nights I stayed, the agency confirmed reservation, so I'm in process of claim right now And, baths were dirty (pee on the toilet) when I arrived, shower sewer was blocked so the room flooded.

Service of the people is the worst no intention at all to help. Food is cold, bad, always the same. Drinks are literally 2oz. size, I mean, was the worst hotel experience I've had in my entire life, and the rooms were 130 usd.

I'd give 0 stars if possible.

Scabies/bedbugs in the hotel room beds and inside the braided chairs at the bar. My legs are itchy. Many local cuban people throw bottles cans into the sea what a way to preserve the nature! Be aware pick pockets on the beach, got my glasses stolen! Don't take anything of value to the beach!!! I didn't even notice the pick pocket :( If you don't believe me, go try it yourself and don't forget the analgesic cream No mosquito nets on windows and doors. Conditioner so loud no way to sleep Otherwise sea is beautiful. Massage guy is good!

Food is prison style, all food is handled with bear hands as is when you watch them cutting fruit no gloves! Spoons are rare, no dishes ready first thing in the morning. Don't stay on the second floor as it is very noisy. Cat caught between floors could be heard all night for a few nights. No hot water. Roaches in shower. Like living in prison. If you have a complaint go to the front desk where they will listen but do nothing. #rd and last visit.

Service and treatment terrible. Got into several arguments with staff because they wouldn't provide service including allowing my Cuban guest to use a fork during dinner! Hotel is physically in rough shape. Had to change rooms because the door to my room couldn't close and they didn't even try to fix it. Food was terrible; bland, not enough and the same every day and meal. Excellent location but that's all it has going for it.

I was really disappointed , receptionist were really helpless, when we asked for extra pillow she said you have to wait till tomorrow, food was not the greatest ,i got sick and medical care did not do any thing
they gave my wife and I two separate bed ,unbelievable , the price we were charged was more than what we were told ,obviously you are not getting that much with all inclusive
be careful in Havana , every one is trying to rip you off,Taxis , stores and so on
