Great location close to parks, the national museum, restaurants and few bars. The property is very secure with ample parking.

My room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable and clean. Complementary breakfast was good. The staff were excellent, very friendly and polite.

stopped in for Sunday breakfast9:00AMbuffet. Two spoonfuls of scrambled eggs remained, not replenished! Completely absent bacon, ham or sausage. 4,000 Colones seems a rather significant cost for fruit and cold cereal.

Service vary from person to person, cleaning could be better. We stayed here two times, first time dirty floor in the bathroom. Breakfast Good, 4+. The gym very small.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. We spent a very pleasant 4 nights, we rested very well in the confortable bed and the room had a lot of space.

Two points that we loved is the excellent location at the heart of San José and the complimentary airport transfer.

A note for travellers, there is a tour agency desk at reception with possibility to customize tours.

Great location, okay staff. Rates are reasonable. $25 fee for any additional guests. Secured lot. Casino on adjacent property. Enjoy CR from a centralized hotel.

While the staff was friendly and pleasant the manager was not. I met a wonderful woman in Costa Rica who would come in and have breakfast with me before she went to work and on three seperate occasions without paying attention to what was actually going they tried to charge me the 25 dollars they charge the degenerate americans who only come to Costa Rica to enjoy the prostitutes from the hotel next door. I was not only personally offended i felt horrible for my guest who only there for a meal, to her credit she still came by to see me.

Really enjoyed our 9 nites here. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was free and was tolerable. Friendly staff. Ck in was very easy. There is a casino next door that was fun and served good drinks and food. Also provides 24 hr food service which was served timely and with caring staff. There is only one elevator but didn't create a real problem. The couch in the suite has seen better days. The problem came at ck out. .still not solved with a very messy order of chgs. That put a real damper on the way out at 4am. Again it was close walking distance to the theater and museums. There is also a small grocery, deli near by. Very pretty grounds and well kept.

Very nice hotel, big quiet room with microwave, television, voult, coffeemachine. Not very far from the international airport. Good bed.
Tip: I would appreciate some cold water in the minibar. And the coffee in the morning with the (nice) breakfast was rather tea! Furtheron I would recommend this hotel to other guest!
