  A nice basic hostel, having a good main room with hammocks & laid back, but really friendly stuff. The neighbourhood is not very exciting but strategic.

  Good stay bring ear plugs, there is a guy paid to drive every intersection in town honking his truck horn starting at 2am. Bring you own bottled water as they at times fail to keep it stocked.

  A bit pricey compared to other hostels I stayed at a similar level. The staff is very friendly. The room I had was noisy, it was right by the parking and the road so I could hear people that would go to their cars while I slept, there was also non stop honking by the buses or trucks nearby. Not the best sleep I was also told there is hot water but the shower was flimsy and there wasn't any hot water. They offer breakfast until 10:30 am for 2$ (2 pieces of pineapple, 2 pieces of Wonderbread, very small portion of scrambled egg) there's free tea and coffee, equipped kitchen, and a lounge area. I liked the facilities, they were clean. 50 minute drive from the airport. I took an Uber and it cost around 8,000 c

  I like to put things blunlty so
  
  -There is a road with loads of traffic nearby
  -There's only one bathroom and one toilet per dormitory
  -The bed mattress' are very thin
  
  On the plus side
  
  -Great staff
  -Very clean
  -Nice building with good lounging area
  -Good price

  Thiefs! I put my valuables in the lockers and overnight somebody stole 2 credit cards and 300 euros out of the locker. My bank told me the cards were used right away at local supermarkets and electronic stores.

  I liked this hostel. Nice place to hang out, the rooms have good interior (for a hostel) and the people are so friendly! First time I felt the Pura vida spirit in Costa Rica until yet. For three dollars u get some eggs with toast.
  It was very loud because it's directly on a crowded Street.
