Like previous comments, most parts are closed. There is a very short trail which can be finished in 30 mins. Nevertheless, we paid 35 usd doe 2 persons.

Uninteresting national park, comparing to the other national parks in Costa Rica.
And the most important thing - about 90% of the park was closed (Jan 2018) and we were told it might be open again in March.
Too bad they didn't told that at the entrance. We paid 15$ per person and we there there only for one short trail Was a really waste of time..

So much sea life sea turtles, dolphins, fish and yes crocodile's. The surf was awsome and nobody around. Make sure to pay the $15 to the national park day pass. All the roads to witch's rock are washed out from hurricane as of 11/05/17 so the only access is by boat.

Not a nice experience to our latest adventurous mountain bikers from Germany, we did arrived late and no one was at the first entrance, we did realized that the second entrance had the guards ready to leave but they charged us anyway even with the place closed because we did use their 7 km of road. A really bad example of how Costarican organizations are stilling money from tourists. Also the guard Marcos Bustos had a very rude attitude when discussing the charge with a sarcastic smile. Anyway we paid for them since wasn’t their fault. We did continued our adventure to all over Costa Rica having fun and leaving the past behind.

Beautiful beach, lots of animals, very secluded, and friendly rangers. Only one place you can find drinkable water.

Quiet, peaceful at least when we were there. New bird trial is nice. Paved roads are nice.

An incredible conservation park, very welcoming and supportive of research teams, including our university study abroad trip from Philadelphia University to understand the EcoDiversity in tropical dry forests. I hope to get to return one day.
