They took extra payment from my card without any reason or notification. For the transfer I did book, they didn't turn up. After we called them it turned out they turned up an hour early and left without us because we weren't waiting at reception. I still haven't had a refund.

We had a great experience with Ride CR. We used them multiple times and had really wonderful experiences with all the drivers who were very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember all of their names, but I do remember Jeffrey and Christian who were outstanding!

So glad we ran across this company! After searching for days through expensive transportation groups and even considering renting a car for the week, we ran across Ride CR who was WAY cheaper taking us round trip from San Jose Airport to Jaco. The drivers were so friendly and had a very nice, well-kept van. I would highly recommend this company.

So far this company has taken nearly $300 from my visa for a $94 ride. There has been no explanation given just keep getting fobbed off that the person who deals with it is in tomorrow. I have been told that for the last 3 days with no contact from them today. This is very upsetting and is ruining our vacation. Do yourselves a favor and use another company as this company obviously has no morals. Btw I can accept the same amount being put through twice as a mistake but they then put through a different amount a day later!

Awesome drivers (especially Dennis) who were very flexible, and knowledgeable of local areas. Our driver was especially friendly, prompt, and considerate of our needs (bathroom breaks, souvenir store, lunch break, etc.) I would book with this company again, for sure!
