A+ in my book .We booked a horseback riding with a canopy tour online and everything went smoothly when we got there. They answered all my questions no problem and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed. The staff is very friendly and funny.

The lady who helped us book the tours at their kiosque in La Fortuna was extremely freindly and explained how everything worked.
We did the full tourist arenal hike and horseback ride, our guide for the hike was Felix, he was great! Really nice guy and gave us loads of information on vegetation, history, and we had great conversation with him!
Get the lunch they offer you! For 10$ you will never eat better
Our horseback ride was amazing aswell, the views were spectacular and our guide Oscar was super nice and funny.
We had access to the resorts hot springs to finish off the day, that was fantastic aswell.
