Great customer service and great bikes and tours! They also offer just transportation to the site you want to visit.
If you have the chance to meet Alejandro, the owner, you won't regret it! He gave me plenty of information, a good bike to explore around and I especially loved the way he does his best for his customers' satisfaction rather than pushing to sell tours or other things.

We did a whole day tour with them on MTB. Our guide was absolutely lovely and the meal after was great. Highly recommend.

Looked into bike rentals before visiting and saw comments on the quality of bikes, warning that many bikes in Costa Rica were not maintained well. I am glad we stopped in the shop. These bikes were great. They were in great working condition and had great gears for the terrain. We watched as the lubed the chain, got us helmets, gloves, tools and a spare tube. We rode out to the dam, went out on kayaks to explore the lake, stopped for coffee and lunch. Highly recommend for a solid day out. Much better than staring out a car window. Fair warning - there are some short but steep climbs along the way.

Unguided bike rental with helmet, lock, pump and spare tube was $15USD for 6 hours. Great way to explore the surrounding area. Bikes aren't the newest or the best but we did a 26 mile ride without any issues.
