Ramon and his lovely wife offered us immaculate service. Apart from the invaluable advice, the car rental service was phenomenal: We requested for a seven-day offer with an unknown pick-up of the vehicle somewhere around the parque Corcovado. Mr. Perez picked up the Hyundai in Sierpe after five days without charging us the last two days at a moment where we were already on board a speed boat to Bahía Drake. Wi-Fi, hence navigation on board.

Had an a wonderful experience renting with Paradise Car Rental, since the beginning they had great communication with us and made the experience very easy and pleasant. We were picked up from the airport in the car we were renting and were taken to their rental location which was a short drive away. The car was in great condition and we had no issues with it whats so ever, they were extremely helpful providing us instructions and recommendations for traveling in costa rica. Price was fair and there was an option to buy wifi to use waze which came in very handy. We were also driven back to the airport afterdrop off. Overall i had a great experience and will definitely rent with them again if i am ever back in costa rica.

The best car rental experience I’ve ever had. Humble, friendly, efficient are to me the words that best describe them.
They made the whole process very fast. Even met us at a mall we were at to pick up the car.
No hidden fees or later added prices. You pay what’s told upfront.

Ramon is amazing and helpful. No hidden fees! Amazing service picked us up and dropped us off at airport. Car was is perfect condition. Super clean like new! Very well organised! No hidden surprises. We paid what he quoted me on email nothing extra. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I would strongly recommend Paradise Rent a Car in Costa Rica. We wanted to pick up a car in Monteverde for the 2nd week of our trip - and to drop it off at San Jose airport. Several other/bigger companies told me they didn't do that but Ramón was happy to arrange - he drove the almost new car from his base near San Jose airport to Monteverde, met up with us, and returned by bus. This drop off only cost an additional $75. He also provided us with a portable chargeable (in car/hotel) wifi hub that meant we had wifi anywhere and we used the Waze App as an excellent navigation system when driving. The drop off near airport was easy as just off main route and Ramón's wife Lily dropped us and baggage off at airport departures. Excellent service.

I go to Costa Rica twice a year and I have rented cars in other rent a cars and this time we decided to rent here with paradise and We had a great experience, very affordable, car in excellent condition. The owner is very punctual, he picked us up in the airport late at night and dropped us back at 3:30am. I will continue renting there.

Our experience at Paradise was phenomenal. We were in a bind because we had accidentally made a reservation to rent a car in another city that was four hours away. Long story short, Paradise helped us out quickly and efficiently. We had a car AT A BETTER PRICE than the one we had originally rented with the other company. The other car rental companies there in San Jose, CR wanted to give us a car for an absurd price. I am eternally grateful to Paradise and will definitely be renting with them again. Thanks Paradise!
