Cerca de la playa y restaurantes pero carro para un habitation badico. Close to beach and restaurants but expensive for what you get. It is pretty basic.

By far the best place I've stayed in Costa Rica. It was inexpensive and the rooms are very nice. The owners are the nicest people I've met. They answered all our questions and helped us with anything and were always available.
