We stayed for 5 nights at Serenity Boutique Hotel in Quepos and enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff was very friendly and were very helpful, when we had questions about tours, transfer, next supermarket :)

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped: Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom, Hot Water, AC, Cupboard -> Basically all you can ask for :)

A nice bonus was definitly the pool, which had a perfect temperature to refresh ourselves in the hot climate of Quepos!

Also breakfast was included in the price: We got Gallo Pinto every morning, together with fresh fruits, coffee, juice and cerals.
Fresh Fruits & Coffee were available during the whole day for free, which was great!

The location of Serenity is very good, since there is a small supermarket, a bakery and a shop selling pizza slices just on the opposite side of the corner.
One block away you will find the sea with a promenade, where there is a market from time to time. The bus station and center of town with a lot of restaurants and shops is just two minutes of walking away.

If you want to visit Manuel Antonio Nationalpark, just go to the very close bus station, grab the bus for around 1 USD and 20-30 minutes later you will be there. :)

We had a very pleasant stay and would like to recommend this accomodation to anyone planing to travel to the Manuel Antonio region.

I went in to check prices and availability, but left because they had no parking. It's seems to be a safe reasonably priced hotel in the center of Quepos.

Definitely someplace I would stay again! Jorge actually greeted us as we were getting off the shuttle. Considering we were 2 or 3 doors down from a night club and only 1 block off the main road, it was surprisingly quiet and tranquil. The pool was a welcome reprise from a day at the beach, and overall a conveniet place to stay in Quepos. A taxi ride to Manuel Antonio cost us $3.00, and because we were in downtown Quepos, eating options were much better. Breakfast at Cafe Milagro right around the corner was amazing. When it was time to catch the "collectivo" or public transit, it was a short 5 minute walk. All in All a good place to stay
